Empero al llegar al momento m\u00e1s importante del rezo, cuando la persona se para ante el\u00a0 Rey del universo en la <em>Amid\u00e1<\/em>, deber\u00e1 dirigir su rostro hacia Jerusal\u00e9m, en direcci\u00f3n del sitio escogido por D\u00b4s para que Su Divina Presencia repose all\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Quien se encuentra en el extranjero, debe dirigir su rostro hacia la tierra de Israel y su coraz\u00f3n a Jerusal\u00e9m y al sitio del Templo y su Santo Sanct\u00f3rum. Si la persona se encuentra en Israel, que dirija su rostro hacia Jerusal\u00e9m y su coraz\u00f3n hacia el Templo y su Santo Sanct\u00f3rum. Si la persona se encuentra en Jerusal\u00e9m, debe dirigir su rostro hacia el Templo y su coraz\u00f3n al Santo Sanct\u00f3rum (Talmud Babilonio Tratado de <em>Berajot <\/em>30(A), <em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> 94:1).<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, quienes se paran en la explanada del Muro Occidental (<em>Kotel Hamaarav\u00ed<\/em>), al comenzar la <em>Amid\u00e1<\/em>,\u00a0 deben dirigir sus rostros al sitio del Templo. Si el p\u00fablico todo se equivoca y dirige sus rostros hacia al Arca Sagrada, es mejor no apartarse de la comunidad y pararse en la direcci\u00f3n que los dem\u00e1s lo hacen, mas hay que volver el rostro hacia Jerusal\u00e9m (<em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 94:10).<\/p>\n<p>Quien no sabe cu\u00e1l pared est\u00e1 orientada hacia Jerusal\u00e9m, podr\u00e1 rezar hacia donde quiera y habr\u00e1 de orientar su coraz\u00f3n hacia su Padre Celestial (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj <\/em>94:3).
