La bendici\u00f3n de \u00abHamapil\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hubo quienes tem\u00edan recitar la bendici\u00f3n de \u00ab<em>Hamapil<\/em>\u00bb ya que en caso de no lograr conciliar el sue\u00f1o resultar\u00eda pronunciada en vano (\u00abberaj\u00e1 lebatal\u00e1\u00bb). Sin embargo, en la pr\u00e1ctica, del hecho de que los sabios hayan establecido la bendici\u00f3n se deduce que no temieron que esto ocurriese. Esto se debe a que se trata de una bendici\u00f3n de agradecimiento a D\u00b4s por el sue\u00f1o, y aunque alguien no logre conciliarlo su agradecimiento no resulta dicho en vano (<em>Jai\u00e9 Adam<\/em> 35:4). Empero, a priori los sabios establecieron esta bendici\u00f3n para quien se dispone a dormir, por lo que quien tiene planeado no dormir en una noche determinada, no habr\u00e1 de recitar \u00ab<em>Hamapil<\/em>\u00bb en esa ocasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>No se recita \u00ab<em>Hamapil<\/em>\u00bb por sue\u00f1o diurno. Hay quienes dicen que previo a este es bueno recitar \u00ab<em>Vih\u00ed Noam<\/em>\u00bb (<em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 239:8, y ver <em>Beur Halaj\u00e1<\/em> en la palabra \u05e1\u05de\u05d5\u05da). Previo a un sue\u00f1o breve o pasajero durante la noche tampoco se ha de recitar \u00ab<em>Hamapil<\/em>\u00ab, pero dormir sobre una cama por un lapso m\u00ednimo\u00a0 de media hora ya se considera sue\u00f1o permanente o \u00abshenat keva\u00bb (<em>Eshel Abraham<\/em> 239, <em>Beit Baruj<\/em> 35:10). En el caso de quien se fue a dormir por la noche tras recitar \u00ab<em>Hamapil<\/em>\u00ab, luego se levant\u00f3 para sus quehaceres y posteriormente volvi\u00f3 a acostarse, no habr\u00e1 de volver a recitar la bendici\u00f3n\u00a0 pues esta se dice una sola vez por noche (Beit Baruj 35:9, y ver en <em>Piskei Teshuv\u00e1<\/em> 239:1,4). Quien se durmi\u00f3 sin recitar \u00ab<em>Hamapil<\/em>\u00bb y se despert\u00f3 en medio de la noche con intenci\u00f3n de seguir durmiendo, deber\u00e1 recitarla antes de volverse a dormir. En caso de no querer levantarse de la cama, puede frotar las manos con la frazada y bendecir (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj Oraj Ja\u00edm<\/em> 4:23, <em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 61, a diferencia de <em>Piskei Teshuv\u00e1<\/em> 239:1 que obliga a lavar las manos (netilat iadaim)).<\/p>\n<p>Hay quienes aprenden de la Kabal\u00e1 del Ar\u00ed z\u00bbl que solamente aquel que se va a dormir antes de la medianoche debe recitar la bendici\u00f3n de \u00ab<em>Hamap\u00edl<\/em>\u00bb y quien se acuesta pasada la medianoche no debe hacerlo. Esta es la usanza de muchos sefarad\u00edes, quienes en caso de irse a dormir pasada la medianoche recitan \u00ab<em>Hamapil<\/em>\u00bb sin pronunciar el Nombre Divino (bel\u00f3 shem umaljut) (<em>Kaf HaJa\u00edm<\/em> 239:8, ver <em>Iejav\u00e9 Daat<\/em> 4 p\u00e1g. 122-124).
