Otras leyes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Quien tiene necesidad de hacer algo despu\u00e9s de haber recitado \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb y \u00ab<em>Hamapil<\/em>\u00bb tiene permitido hacerlo. De la misma manera se puede comer, beber u ordenar algo con premura, ya que \u00ab<em>Hamapil<\/em>\u00bb es una bendici\u00f3n diferente a las del disfrute (\u00abnehen\u00edn\u00bb) en las que est\u00e1 prohibido interrumpir entre el recitado y la ingesti\u00f3n. La bendici\u00f3n \u00ab<em>Hamapil<\/em>\u00bb se trata de un agradecimiento por el sue\u00f1o nocturno, por lo tanto se puede hacer algo despu\u00e9s de recitarla. Empero, a priori, es bueno que el sue\u00f1o sea a continuaci\u00f3n del recitado del \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb (ver Ram\u00e1 239:1, <em>Tzitz Eliezer<\/em> 7:27, <em>Iejav\u00e9 Daat<\/em> 4 p\u00e1g. 118-122, <em>Piskei Teshuv\u00e1<\/em> 239:3. De todas maneras la <em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1 <\/em>239:4 es m\u00e1s estricta tras el recitado de \u00abHamapil\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>Se puede recitar el orden del \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb sobre la cama recostado, empero habr\u00e1 de hacerlo echado sobre uno de los lados.<\/p>\n<p>Los moralistas (Baalei Hamusar) escribieron que es bueno realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n (jeshb\u00f3n nefesh) del d\u00eda previo a dormir y en caso de recordar haber realizado una mala acci\u00f3n se debe confesar ante D\u00b4s y proponerse no volver a hacerla.
