Comer y beber antes de rezar."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A partir de que despunt\u00f3 el alba est\u00e1 prohibido comer o beber antes del rezo. Nuestros sabios (Talmud Babilonio Tratado de <em>Berajot<\/em> 10(B)) relacionaron esta prohibici\u00f3n con el vers\u00edculo (Vaikr\u00e1-Lev\u00edtico 19:26): \u00abNo comer\u00e9is sobre la sangre\u00bb lo cual interpretaron como \u00abno comer\u00e9is nada antes que pid\u00e1is por vuestras vidas\u00bb. Adem\u00e1s, dijeron que todo aquel que come o bebe y s\u00f3lo despu\u00e9s reza, sobre \u00e9l dice el vers\u00edculo (Melajim-Reyes I 14:9): \u00aby me has dado la espalda<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> \u00ab, por lo que dijo el Santo Bendito Sea: una vez que presumi\u00f3 ante Mi \u00a1\u00bfhabr\u00e1 de aceptar el Yugo Celestial?!<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, est\u00e1 permitido beber agua antes de rezar pues en su ingesti\u00f3n no hay ning\u00fan elemento de soberbia. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 permitido ingerir bebidas o alimentos que tienen un prop\u00f3sito m\u00e9dico, porque por su naturaleza la ingesti\u00f3n no implica soberbia alguna (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> 89:4). Por ejemplo, quien sufre de estre\u00f1imiento tiene permitido comer ciruelas antes del rezo pues las ingiere con un prop\u00f3sito m\u00e9dico (ver <em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 89:24).<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de una mujer que sufre de un arrebato de apetito y que no le permite concentrarse en el rezo puede comer antes de rezar ya que entra en la categor\u00eda de enfermo que necesita ingerir alimentos y esta ingesti\u00f3n no implica soberbia de su parte (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> 89:4, ver <em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 26).<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las mujeres que acostumbran a cumplir con su deber de rezar Shajarit mediante el recitado de las bendiciones matinales y de la Tor\u00e1 (como se vio anteriormente 2:4), no solo que corresponde recitarlas inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de haberse levantado sino que adem\u00e1s es bueno que pongan cuidado de no comer o beber antes de recitarlas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir de que despunt\u00f3 el alba est\u00e1 prohibido comer o beber antes del rezo.
