Tres pasos previos al rezo."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En la Amid\u00e1 nos hallamos de pie ante el Rey de Reyes el Santo Bendito Sea. No es as\u00ed en el resto de las bendiciones y plegarias las cuales si bien deben ser recitadas con seriedad y concentraci\u00f3n, de todas maneras no est\u00e1n en el nivel como el de presentarse ante el Rey. Por lo tanto, nuestros sabios establecieron reglas especiales exclusivas para la Amid\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Se acostumbra dar tres pasos hacia adelante al comenzar el rezo como forma de expresar nuestra voluntad de acercarnos y pararnos ante D\u00b4s (Ram\u00e1 95:1). Se deben concluir los pasos y pararse en el sitio donde se ha de rezar antes de concluir el vers\u00edculo \u00ab<em>Ad-onai Sefatai Tiftaj<\/em>\u00ab, ya que se lo considera parte integral de la Amid\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de una mujer que va a rezar a la sinagoga o al lugar en su hogar consagrado para este prop\u00f3sito, no precisa dar los pasos para atr\u00e1s y adelante por cuanto que ya camin\u00f3 bastante dirigi\u00e9ndose al sitio del rezo (<em>Eliahu Rab\u00e1<\/em>). Otros juristas opinan que aunque haya caminado hacia el sitio de rezo, si pas\u00f3 tiempo entre que lleg\u00f3 al lugar en cuesti\u00f3n y comenz\u00f3 a rezar, corresponde que vuelva a dar los tres pasos hacia adelante antes del inicio de la Amid\u00e1 (<em>Ben Ish Jai Beshalaj<\/em> 3, <em>Kaf HaJa\u00edm<\/em> 95:7). Sin embargo, dado que no es apropiado dar tres pasos hacia atr\u00e1s para inmediatamente despu\u00e9s dar tres pasos para adelante, la mujer que quiera cumplir con excelencia que de los tres pasos hacia atr\u00e1s algo antes de rezar, espere un poco y luego de los tres pasos hacia delante para as\u00ed comenzar la Amid\u00e1 (<em>Minhag Maharil, Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 95:3).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la Amid\u00e1 nos hallamos de pie ante el Rey de Reyes el Santo Bendito Sea.
