Por lo tanto es preferible rezar la Amid\u00e1 sentada pues ya vimos (halaj\u00e1 3) que a posteriori, quien reza sentado cumple con su deber.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque una persona rece sentada debe juntar sus pies (<em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 95:2) y debe intentar orientar su rostro hacia Jerusal\u00e9m (<em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 94:15).
