Las mujeres y el precepto del recitado del \u00abShem\u00e1\u00bb y sus bendiciones."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Es precepto positivo de la Tor\u00e1 recitar el \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb por la noche y por la ma\u00f1ana, tal como est\u00e1 escrito (<em>Devarim<\/em>-Deuteronomio 6:7): \u00aby hablar\u00e1s sobre \u00a0ellos\u2026 cuando te acuestes y cuando te levantes\u00bb, al acostarte por la noche y al levantarte por la ma\u00f1ana. Dado que se trata de un precepto positivo marcado por el tiempo, es este un deber que recae sobre los hombres y del cual las mujeres est\u00e1n exentas.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros sabios instituyeron que recitemos dos bendiciones antes y una despu\u00e9s del\u00a0 \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb de Shajarit as\u00ed como dos antes y dos despu\u00e9s del \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb de\u00a0 Arvit (<em>Mishn\u00e1 Berajot<\/em> 11:1). Estas bendiciones son un complemento y un agregado al recitado del \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb e incluyen alabanza y agradecimiento a D\u00b4s por haber creado el mundo y conducirlo. Las mujeres est\u00e1n exentas tambi\u00e9n de recitar estas bendiciones ya que est\u00e1n condicionadas por el tiempo: el horario para recitar las bendiciones del \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb de\u00a0 Shajarit es hasta el final de la cuarta hora temporal del d\u00eda, mientras que las bendiciones del recitado del \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb nocturno se pueden recitar toda la noche.<\/p>\n<p>Hay juristas que sostienen que las mujeres deben recordar la salida de Egipto todas las ma\u00f1anas y todas las noches ya que se trata de un precepto permanente que se extiende a lo largo de todo el d\u00eda y la noche. Sin embargo, tal como se explicar\u00e1 m\u00e1s adelante (halaj\u00e1 3) y de acuerdo con la opini\u00f3n mayoritaria de los juristas, dado que la obligaci\u00f3n del d\u00eda se halla \u00a0separada de la nocturna, el precepto de recordar la salida de Egipto se considera determinado por el tiempo y las mujeres est\u00e1n exentas del mismo (<em>Shaagat Haari\u00e9<\/em> 13, <em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 70:2).<\/p>\n<p>Si bien las mujeres est\u00e1n exentas del deber de recitar el \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00ab, en cuanto al deber de la fe est\u00e1n preceptuadas igual que los hombres, por lo que corresponde que acepten diariamente el Yugo Celestial recitando los vers\u00edculos: \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1 Israel<\/em>\u00bb y \u00ab<em>Baruj Shem<\/em>\u00bb (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj Oraj Ja\u00edm<\/em> 70:1, <em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 5, <em>Kaf HaJa\u00edm<\/em> 5). En el caso de quien desee cumplirlo con mayor grado de excelencia que recite las tres\u00a0 porciones agregando tambi\u00e9n la bendici\u00f3n de \u00ab<em>Emet Veiatziv<\/em>\u00bb en la que se menciona la salida de Egipto y que adjunte la redenci\u00f3n a la que alude ese pasaje con el rezo de la Amid\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>El recitado del \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb contiene otros dos preceptos marcados por el tiempo que son el de <em>tzitzit<\/em> y el de <em>tefil\u00edn<\/em>. Ya vimos anteriormente (cap. 3) que las mujeres captan la luz o la espiritualidad generada por los preceptos marcados por el tiempo aun sin realizarlos, y que una mujer que desee llevarlos a la pr\u00e1ctica ser\u00e1 recompensada. Sin embargo, por diferentes razones las mujeres no acostumbraron a cumplir con los preceptos de <em>tzitzit<\/em> y <em>tefil\u00edn<\/em> (Ram\u00e1 <em>Oraj Ja\u00edm<\/em> 17:2, 38:3, adelante 21:5-6). De todas maneras toda mujer recita las tres porciones del \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb de vez en cuando y algunas se esmeran y lo dicen a diario siendo esta la pr\u00e1ctica extendida en muchos colegios (ver arriba 2:8, 8:3).
