El precepto del recitado del \u00abShem\u00e1\u00bb."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El recitado del <em>\u00abShem\u00e1\u00bb<\/em> consiste de tres porciones, la primera: \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1 Israel<\/em>\u00bb (<em>Devarim<\/em> 6:4-9) que contiene la aceptaci\u00f3n del Yugo Celestial, la unicidad de D\u00b4s y el amor a \u00c9l. La segunda es \u00ab<em>Vehai\u00e1 im Shamoa<\/em>\u00bb (<em>Devarim<\/em> 11:13-21) que contiene la aceptaci\u00f3n del yugo de los preceptos y la tercera \u00ab<em>Vaiomer<\/em>\u00bb (<em>Bamidbar<\/em>-N\u00fameros 15:37-41) en la que se ordena recordar los preceptos mediante el precepto del <em>tzitzit<\/em> finalizando con un recordatorio de la salida de Egipto.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros sabios dispusieron que se anticipe la porci\u00f3n de \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb a la de \u00ab<em>Vehai\u00e1 Im Shamoa<\/em>\u00bb para primero aceptar el Yugo Celestial y despu\u00e9s el de los preceptos. La porci\u00f3n de \u00ab<em>Vehai\u00e1 Im Shamoa<\/em>\u00bb que se refiere al deber de observar la generalidad de los preceptos que se cumplen tanto de d\u00eda como de noche, precede a \u00ab<em>Vaiomer<\/em>\u00bb que menciona el precepto de <em>tzitzit<\/em> el cual se cumple \u00fanicamente durante el d\u00eda (Talmud Babilonio Tratado de <em>Berajot<\/em> 13(A)).<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la opini\u00f3n mayoritaria de los juristas medievales, el precepto de la Tor\u00e1 consiste en recitar tan s\u00f3lo el vers\u00edculo que reza \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1 Israel<\/em>\u00bb y respecto del cual est\u00e1 escrito (Devarim 6:6-7): \u00abY ser\u00e1n las palabras estas que Yo te ordeno sobre tu coraz\u00f3n\u2026cuando te acuestes y cuando te levantes\u00bb. Los sabios entonces, fueron los que instituyeron el recitado de las tres porciones.<\/p>\n<p>Se puede decir que el principal precepto a cumplir es que la persona acepte sobre s\u00ed el Yugo Celestial, por lo que recitando tan s\u00f3lo el primer vers\u00edculo cumple con el deber de la Tor\u00e1. Sin embargo, cuanto m\u00e1s se extienda la aceptaci\u00f3n de dicho yugo,\u00a0 se cumplir\u00e1 con el precepto de la Tor\u00e1 con mayor integridad.
