Nuestros sabios nos dijeron que en este recitado hay doscientas cuarenta y ocho palabras, al tiempo que el cuerpo humano est\u00e1 compuesto de igual n\u00famero de \u00f3rganos. Si la persona recita correctamente el \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00ab, cada parte de su cuerpo recibe un vocablo y mediante este se sana. En la pr\u00e1ctica, ocurre que el \u00ab<em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb con sus tres porciones contiene solamente doscientas cuarenta y cinco palabras y para completar las tres faltantes el oficiante repite \u00ab<em>Hashem Elokeijem Emet<\/em>\u00bb (<em>Zohar HaJadash Ruth<\/em> 95:1, ver <em>Peninei Halaj\u00e1<\/em> 15:12).<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las mujeres que no rezan en la sinagoga y no escuchan al oficiante deben actuar conforme a las reglas de quien reza sin Mini\u00e1n. Esto implica que seg\u00fan la usanza ashkenaz\u00ed, antes de recitar el Shem\u00e1 debe decir el vers\u00edculo \u00ab<em>E-l Melej Neem\u00e1n<\/em>\u00bb (Ram\u00e1 61:3). Si bien la mujer posee doscientos cincuenta y dos \u00f3rganos ya que a su \u00fatero se le agregaron dos conductos y dos aperturas (Talmud Babilonio Tratado de <em>Bejorot<\/em> 45(A)), dado que doscientos cuarenta y ocho \u00f3rganos son comunes a todos los seres humanos, lo fundamental es infundir una bendici\u00f3n a la generalidad de las personas\u00a0 y en virtud de esta se ver\u00e1n bendecidos tambi\u00e9n los \u00f3rganos especiales de la mujer (<em>Haelef Lej\u00e1 Shelom\u00f3 Oraj Ja\u00edm<\/em> 120).<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la usanza sefarad\u00ed quien reza solo debe repetir las palabras \u00ab<em>Ad-onai Eloh-eijem Emet<\/em>\u00bb (<em>Kaf HaJa\u00edm<\/em> 61:15-16) y por lo tanto corresponde que tambi\u00e9n la mujer act\u00fae as\u00ed.
