Si bien las mujeres acostumbraron disminuir un tanto sus labores en este d\u00eda, se trata de una buena costumbre, ya que en cierta forma es un d\u00eda festivo para ellas. \u00c9stas fueron m\u00e1s privilegiadas que los hombres en Rosh Jodesh por no haber participado del pecado del becerro de oro (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> 417:1, esto est\u00e1 ampliado en <em>Peninei Halaj\u00e1 Zmanim<\/em> 1:6-7).<\/p>\n<p>Las mujeres est\u00e1n exentas de recitar la bendici\u00f3n por la renovaci\u00f3n del ciclo de la luna por tratarse de un precepto marcado por el tiempo.
