{"id":2431,"date":"2000-01-10T00:06:12","date_gmt":"2000-01-09T22:06:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/?p=2431"},"modified":"2017-10-23T10:36:55","modified_gmt":"2017-10-23T07:36:55","slug":"01-10-06","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/01-10-06\/","title":{"rendered":"06- Las tradiciones yemenita y ashkenaz\u00ed respecto de un guisado l\u00edquido."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vimos ya que de acuerdo con la opini\u00f3n de Ramb\u00e1m, Rashb\u00e1 y Ran la regla seg\u00fan la cual \u00abno hay cocci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de la cocci\u00f3n\u00bb se aplica tambi\u00e9n a los guisados l\u00edquidos de modo tal que si se terminaron de cocinar, aunque se hayan enfriado, se permite recalentarlos a una temperatura que la mano no puede tolerar.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los jud\u00edos yemenitas, muchos se rigen de acuerdo a las decisiones del Ramb\u00e1m y por lo tanto pueden tomar en Shabat una olla con sopa, una salsa o cualquier otro l\u00edquido del refrigerador y colocarlo en un sitio donde \u00e9stas puedan calentarse hasta hervir.<\/p>\n<p>Los ashkenaz\u00edes siguen las sentencias hal\u00e1jicas de Ram\u00e1 (Rab\u00ed Mosh\u00e9 Isserles) que cre\u00f3 una suerte de camino intermedio entre las dos opiniones. Seg\u00fan \u00e9ste, si el guisado se enfri\u00f3 a una temperatura a la que no se acostumbra a comer, no se lo podr\u00e1 recalentar y llevar a una temperatura intolerable para la mano. Empero, si el guisado se mantiene a\u00fan m\u00ednimamente tibio &#8211; se lo puede recalentar a una temperatura intolerable para la mano. Esto se debe a que Ram\u00e1 sentenci\u00f3 conforme a la opini\u00f3n de Ramb\u00e1m en cuanto a que la regla \u00abno hay cocci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de la cocci\u00f3n\u00bb aplica tambi\u00e9n para l\u00edquidos, empero en su opini\u00f3n, si el guisado no est\u00e1 m\u00ednimamente tibio, la prohibici\u00f3n de recalentarlo es rab\u00ednica.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando un jud\u00edo que se gu\u00eda seg\u00fan el <em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> o el Ram\u00e1 se hospeda en la casa de un jud\u00edo yemenita que sigue la opini\u00f3n de Ramb\u00e1m, puede comer de la sopa que el anfitri\u00f3n sac\u00f3 del refrigerador y calent\u00f3. Esto se debe a que el due\u00f1o de casa se comporta de acuerdo a su tradici\u00f3n y por lo tanto todo jud\u00edo puede, a priori, comer de esta sopa (ver <em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 318:2).<\/p>\n<p>Empero quien se gu\u00eda por el <em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> o Ram\u00e1 tiene prohibido pedir a un jud\u00edo que se gu\u00eda seg\u00fan Ramb\u00e1m que le caliente sopa, pues como su propia tradici\u00f3n lo proh\u00edbe, no puede pedirle a otro.
