Incluso una mo\u00f1a sobre otra no se los considera \u00abnudo\u00bb ya que ambas pueden abrirse de un solo tir\u00f3n (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> 317:5, <em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 29). Un nudo simple tampoco se considera \u00abnudo\u00bb por cuanto que no resiste o perdura. Dado que estos dos anudamientos no entran en la categor\u00eda de nudo prohibido en Shabat, se les puede realizar aunque se tenga la intenci\u00f3n de que perduren un tiempo prolongado.<\/p>\n<p>Hay juristas que en el caso de un nudo simple sobre el cual se efect\u00faa una mo\u00f1a (tal como muchos acostumbran a hacer con los cordones de sus zapatos) lo consideran como nudo simple nada m\u00e1s y lo permiten ya que \u00e9ste no entra en la categor\u00eda de nudo prohibido, por lo que se puede efectuar uno sobre otro sin fin. Hay juristas m\u00e1s estrictos en esta materia que entienden que por cuanto que la sucesi\u00f3n de nudos los fortalece, se los debe considerar como nudo com\u00fan que si se ata por menos de una semana se lo permite y a partir de una semana se lo proh\u00edbe. As\u00ed es como se debe actuar en principio. Sin embargo, en el caso de un rollo de la Tor\u00e1 no es necesario ser estricto y se lo puede atar con un nudo y sobre este hacer una mo\u00f1a con la intenci\u00f3n de que dure muchos meses.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de un nudo simple sobre el cual se hace una mo\u00f1a y encima otro nudo simple como se acostumbra a atar en los zapatos, se los considera como a un nudo com\u00fan que si se lo ata pensando en que dure menos de una semana se lo permite y si la intenci\u00f3n es que dure una semana o m\u00e1s se lo proh\u00edbe. Hay quienes cumplen con excelencia y se abstienen de hacer tal nudo en Shabat.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de quien acostumbra atar y desatar la corbata que viste &#8211; podr\u00e1 anudarla en Shabat. En cambio, quien al anudar su corbata acostumbra a hacerlo por un tiempo largo no podr\u00e1 anudarla, y en caso de necesidad tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 aflojarla en Shabat con la intenci\u00f3n de deshacer el nudo al concluir el sagrado d\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La mo\u00f1a o corbata no se considera un nudo ya que tirando de uno de los extremos se abre.
