No se debe ingresar a una habitaci\u00f3n que tiene instalado un mecanismo el\u00e9ctrico que enciende la luz o el aire acondicionado al entrar. Quien lo hace no puede arg\u00fcir que no tuvo la intenci\u00f3n de encender la luz o el aire acondicionado ya que es sabido que al entrar es lo que habr\u00eda de ocurrir.<\/p>\n

Este problema suele presentarse con habitaciones y ba\u00f1os de hoteles y quienes se alojan deben tener la precauci\u00f3n de hacer que los mecanismos en cuesti\u00f3n sean desconectados. Quien no lo hizo y Shabat ya comenz\u00f3, habr\u00e1 de pedir a un no jud\u00edo que le abra la puerta y se quede con \u00e9l un poco de tiempo para que disfrute as\u00ed tanto de la luz como de la climatizaci\u00f3n. Reci\u00e9n entonces se pueda considerar que los encendi\u00f3 para s\u00ed y por ende un jud\u00edo podr\u00e1 disfrutar de estos posteriormente (adelante 25:2).<\/p>\n

Si se est\u00e1 dentro del ba\u00f1o y se sabe que al salir de este se apagar\u00e1n tanto la luz como el aire acondicionado, en caso de que sea posible o f\u00e1cil permanecer en el interior del mismo o si est\u00e1 por llegar un no jud\u00edo que puede desactivar el mecanismo autom\u00e1tico, es mejor esperar. Empero, si la espera causa al jud\u00edo malestar podr\u00e1 salir del ba\u00f1o. Esto obedece a que los mecanismos de luz y aire se apagan autom\u00e1ticamente a los efectos de ahorrarle electricidad al hotel y a quien sale del ba\u00f1o no le importa, por lo que estamos ante un caso \u00abPsik reisha dela nija lei<\/em>\u00bb (consecuencia inevitable no procurada) de una prohibici\u00f3n rab\u00ednica, pues el apagado de luces o climatizaci\u00f3n es una acci\u00f3n prohibida rab\u00ednicamente seg\u00fan todas las opiniones. En caso de necesidad se puede actuar con flexibilidad (ver arriba 9).<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, tal como aprendimos, luego no podr\u00e1 volver a la habitaci\u00f3n, pues al ingresar la luz y el aire acondicionado se encender\u00e1n por lo que s\u00f3lo en caso de que un no jud\u00edo le acompa\u00f1e podr\u00e1 hacerlo. Por lo tanto, nuestro consejo para un caso as\u00ed es pedir a un no jud\u00edo que desconecte el mecanismo autom\u00e1tico y entonces podr\u00e1 entrar y salir de la habitaci\u00f3n sin limitante alguna.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
