Hay juristas que sostienen que si la labor realizada no afect\u00f3 el cuerpo del objeto en cuesti\u00f3n, por ejemplo, si se lo transport\u00f3 del dominio p\u00fablico al privado, no recae sobre el mismo prohibici\u00f3n alguna y se puede disfrutar de \u00e9l en Shabat en el dominio privado (Rabeinu Ion\u00e1 y Ritb\u00e1). Esta misma es la regla que recae sobre alimentos tra\u00eddos en un autom\u00f3vil en Shabat, dado que no se realiz\u00f3 labor alguna sobre el alimento en s\u00ed, no estar\u00e1n prohibidos. Otros juristas (Tosafot<\/em>, Ramb\u00e1n y Rashb\u00e1) sostienen que no hay diferencia entre los diferentes tipos de labor y aunque la acci\u00f3n realizada no cambie nada en los alimentos – se proh\u00edbe disfrutar de estos si fueron tra\u00eddos mediante trasgresi\u00f3n. En la pr\u00e1ctica, a priori, corresponde adoptar la actitud estricta y en caso de gran necesidad se permite confiar en la opini\u00f3n m\u00e1s flexible, especialmente cuando la labor se realiz\u00f3 involuntariamente.<\/p>\n

Si por medio de la labor en cuesti\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo otra acci\u00f3n permitida, se podr\u00e1 disfrutar de la misma. Por ejemplo, si en Shabat se arm\u00f3 o acondicion\u00f3 un martillo no se lo podr\u00e1 emplear ni siquiera para usos permitidos, por ejemplo, abrir nueces. Ahora bien, si se cometi\u00f3 la trasgresi\u00f3n y abri\u00f3 una nuez con este martillo, se la podr\u00e1 comer ya que el mismo acto de abrirla est\u00e1 permitido.<\/p>\n

Si se abri\u00f3 una puerta que estaba cerrada o clausurada mediante la realizaci\u00f3n de una labor prohibida, por ejemplo, el uso de una tarjeta magn\u00e9tica, hay juristas que sostienen que no se puede ingresar por esa apertura. Otros sostienen que esto estar\u00e1 permitido pues al abrir la puerta no se cre\u00f3 nada nuevo sino que se retir\u00f3 un obst\u00e1culo que imped\u00eda el acceso. A posteriori, en caso de necesidad se puede adoptar la actitud flexible. Si se abri\u00f3 la puerta del refrigerador y se encendi\u00f3 una l\u00e1mpara, se permitir\u00e1 retirar alimentos de su interior (ver arriba 17:9).<\/p>\n

Si un jud\u00edo que no observa Shabat se acerca a una puerta el\u00e9ctrica y en virtud de ello esta se abre est\u00e1 prohibido ingresar por la misma. \u00danicamente en caso de gran necesidad (\u00absheat hadjak\u00bb) se puede flexibilizar la norma. Si un jud\u00edo pasa por el lugar e involuntariamente la puerta se abre, se podr\u00e1 ingresar por la misma (ver arriba 17:11).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
