Hay juristas que consideran que de todas maneras est\u00e1 preceptuado de engendrar un hijo y una hija, pues aunque nazcan ni\u00f1os enfermos, mediante estos cumple igualmente con el precepto por cuanto que estos pueblan el mundo.
