La pregunta que surge es d\u00f3nde exactamente pasa el l\u00edmite para considerar el pan como tal y el producto horneado \u00abmezonot\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La regla general es que se considera pan a aquello sobre lo cual se acostumbra a establecer una comida como fija. Por el contrario, todo aquello que se considera refrigerio, tanto sea por placer o para apaciguar un tanto el apetito se lo considera \u00abmezonot\u00bb. Seg\u00fan esto, una jal\u00e1 dulce y panecillos endulzados son considerados pan, pues se suelen ingerir en las comidas y no para degustarlos entre estas. Adem\u00e1s, la jal\u00e1 o los panecillos suelen comerse acompa\u00f1ados de diferentes ensaladas o se hace con estos s\u00e1ndwiches de queso o at\u00fan, por lo que se los emplea a modo de pan. Por lo tanto, aunque se coma de estos tan s\u00f3lo un poco &#8211; se debe recitar \u00abHamotz\u00ed\u00bb antes y \u00abBirkat Hamaz\u00f3n\u00bb despu\u00e9s. Para que quede claro y recurriendo a nuestro lenguaje habitual, todo producto que es llamado \u00abpan\u00bb, \u00abjal\u00e1\u00bb (pan trenzado) o \u00abpanecillo\u00bb suele formar parte de una comida fija. Por el contrario, si lo denominamos \u00abpastel\u00bb, es porque no lo solemos ingerir a modo de comida fija. En el caso de un producto horneado que dudamos si clasificarlo como pan o pastel &#8211; recitamos por este la bendici\u00f3n de \u00abBor\u00e9 Minei Mezonot\u00bb. Quien quiera salir de duda que haga de este producto una comida fija y recite \u00abHamotz\u00ed\u00bb (tal como se vio en halajot 3 y 4), o que lo ingiera para llenarse dentro de una comida que incluye pan a fin de alcanzar su satisfacci\u00f3n, y entonces seg\u00fan todas las opiniones, el \u00abHamotz\u00ed\u00bb recitado por el pan lo incluye.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos de los jud\u00edos de origen sefarad\u00ed acostumbran recitar la bendici\u00f3n de \u00abmezonot\u00bb por la jal\u00e1 dulce, pues en el pasado no se acostumbraba servirla en la comida sino como refrigerio.
