En caso de que se haya bendecido, la bendici\u00f3n no resulta una alabanza a D\u00b4s sino un da\u00f1o y una ofensa al Honor Celestial. No existe diferencia entre alimentos prohibidos por la Tor\u00e1, como en el caso de carne que fue mal faenada, o aquellos prohibidos por los sabios, como en el caso de frutas que no fueron separados su diezmo y su ofrenda en tiempos cuando la mayor\u00eda del pueblo de Israel habita en el extranjero. En ninguno de los dos casos y por ninguno de los dos alimentos se recita bendici\u00f3n (Mishn\u00e1 <em>Berajot<\/em> 45(A), <em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> 196:1).<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo quien roba alimentos &#8211; adem\u00e1s del deber de regresarlos, no puede bendecir por ellos y en caso de hacerlo, su bendici\u00f3n es un agravio, tal cual est\u00e1 escrito (Salmos 10:3): \u00aby el insolente ladr\u00f3n se jacta de haberse burlado de D\u00b4s\u00bb (seg\u00fan el Tratado de <em>Sanhedr\u00edn<\/em> 6(B)).<\/p>\n<p>Quien ingiere un alimento kasher cuando tiene prohibido hacerlo, por ejemplo, si come durante un ayuno, al concluir el Shabat antes de recitar la Havdal\u00e1, antes del rezo de Shajarit o en Sucot fuera de la suc\u00e1 \u2013 dado que el alimento en cuesti\u00f3n es kasher y solamente el momento o el lugar de la ingesti\u00f3n resulta inadecuado \u2013 se debe bendecir por el placer producido por este alimento.<\/p>\n<p>Quien se encuentra en peligro y a los efectos de salvarse debe ingerir alimentos prohibidos, por ejemplo \u00abnevelot\u00bb o \u00abtrefot\u00bb (animales muertos sin haber sido degollados o mal faenados) &#8211; debe bendecir por estos. Si bien esta persona preferir\u00eda no ingerirlos, dado que en la pr\u00e1ctica los come bajo permiso ya que la salvaguarda de la vida se antepone a todos los preceptos \u2013 debe bendecir por su disfrute.
