{"id":4190,"date":"2000-10-12T13:00:08","date_gmt":"2000-10-12T11:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/?p=4190"},"modified":"2020-01-20T11:49:41","modified_gmt":"2020-01-20T09:49:41","slug":"10-12-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/10-12-13\/","title":{"rendered":"13) Cuando alguien se equivoca de bendici\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Quien toma con su mano un vaso de agua y al recitar las palabras \u00abBaruj At\u00e1 HaShem Elokeinu Melej Haol\u00e1m\u00bb cree que se trata de vino y tiene la intenci\u00f3n de bendecir \u00abBor\u00e9 Pri Hagafen\u00bb y se recuerda que se trata de agua y termina diciendo \u00abShehakol Nihi\u00e1 Bidvar\u00f3\u00bb &#8211; cumpli\u00f3 con su deber (Rash\u00ed y <em>Tosafot<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Incluso si cae en la cuenta de su error despu\u00e9s de terminar de recitar la bendici\u00f3n y alcanz\u00f3 a decir \u00abBor\u00e9 Pri Hagafen\u00bb y enseguida agrega en continuado \u00abShehakol Nihi\u00e1 Bidvar\u00f3\u00bb, dado que en la pr\u00e1ctica corrigi\u00f3 su error \u2013 cumpli\u00f3 con su deber. Empero hay entre los eruditos medievales quienes consideran que dado que se equivoc\u00f3 en la bendici\u00f3n misma tanto en la intenci\u00f3n como en la dicci\u00f3n \u2013 no cumpli\u00f3 con su deber (esto se desprende de Rash\u00ed y <em>Tosafot<\/em>). De todas maneras, en virtud de la duda, la mayor\u00eda de los medievalistas o rishonim definieron que s\u00ed cumpli\u00f3 (Raavad y Rosh, seg\u00fan los Gueonim y Rif, as\u00ed figura en el <em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> 209:2, <em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 5-6).<\/p>\n<p>Quien alcanz\u00f3 a recitar la bendici\u00f3n por el agua en su completitud y tras finalizar el recitado se confundi\u00f3 y pens\u00f3 que debe corregirla y agreg\u00f3 \u00abBor\u00e9 Pri Hagafen\u00bb, hay quienes consideran que no cumpli\u00f3 con su deber ya que decidi\u00f3 finalizar la bendici\u00f3n refiri\u00e9ndose al vino y la bendici\u00f3n por el vino no incluye o no exime al agua (Raavad y Rab\u00ed Zeraji\u00e1 Halev\u00ed). Otros juristas entienden que, \u00a0dado que en un inicio recit\u00f3 la bendici\u00f3n correcta, ya cumpli\u00f3 con su deber y el hecho de haberse corregido posteriormente no deja sin efecto la bendici\u00f3n que fue correctamente completada (Ramb\u00e1n seg\u00fan Gueonim).
