Por lo tanto, si se erige la suc\u00e1 bajo el techo de una casa o bajo la fronda de un \u00e1rbol, esta no ser\u00e1 hal\u00e1jicamente apta (Tratado de Suc\u00e1 9(B)).<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, est\u00e1 permitido erigir una suc\u00e1 junto a un edificio alto que evita que los rayos del sol lleguen a \u00e9sta, ya que lo \u00fanico que la invalida son un techo o ramas de \u00e1rbol que se interpongan entre el sjaj y el cielo, pero todo aquello que se encuentre a un costado de la l\u00ednea recta que se traza imaginariamente entre el sjaj y el firmamento no invalida la suc\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Si las ramas del \u00e1rbol que se encuentran sobre el sjaj son muy escasas y el sjaj es tupido, al grado de que si se quitase la parte del sjaj que se encuentra debajo de las ramas la parte sombreada continuar\u00e1 prevaleciendo por sobre la soleada, la suc\u00e1 ser\u00e1 apta (Shulj\u00e1n Aruj Oraj Ja\u00edm 626:1).<\/p>\n<p>Se permite construir una suc\u00e1 bajo las cuerdas destinadas al secado de ropa o bajo cables de electricidad ya que \u00e9stos son delgados y la sombra que proyectan es m\u00ednima, adem\u00e1s no est\u00e1n destinados a generar sombra por lo que no invalidan al sjaj que se encuentra debajo de estos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La suc\u00e1 debe estar ubicada bajo la b\u00f3veda celeste, para que el sejaj y solamente este sea aquel que cubra a quien la habita.
