Asimismo, en Shabat no se redime el segundo diezmo (<em>ma&#8217;aser shen\u00ed<\/em>) ni el fruto del \u00e1rbol del cuarto a\u00f1o (<em>neta revai<\/em>). Quien por error hubiese separado o redimido, podr\u00e1 comer de los frutos en Shabat. En caso de haberlo hecho adrede, lo hecho, hecho est\u00e1 y los frutos estar\u00e1n habilitados para su consumo, pero ning\u00fan jud\u00edo podr\u00e1 ingerirlos hasta que hubiere concluido el Shabat. Lo mismo ocurre en el caso de las festividades o <em>yamim tovim<\/em> (Shulj\u00e1n Aruj Oraj Ja\u00edm 339:4, 524:1, Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1 339:25-26, Jatam Sofer Oraj Ja\u00edm 79, ver adelante 11:13).<\/p>\n<p>Quien teme no alcanzar a separar las ofrendas y los diezmos de los frutos destinados a ser consumidos en Shabat, en la v\u00edspera del d\u00eda sagrado habr\u00e1 de pronunciar la declaraci\u00f3n de la separaci\u00f3n de las ofrendas y los diezmos en tiempo futuro, sin recitar la bendici\u00f3n correspondiente, por aquello que habr\u00e1 de apartar durante el Shabat, y de esa manera el proceso de la separaci\u00f3n habr\u00e1 comenzado en la v\u00edspera del Shabat. As\u00ed, durante el d\u00eda sagrado podr\u00e1 apartar las ofrendas y los diezmos con el formulado com\u00fan y su bendici\u00f3n correspondiente. Asimismo, quien temiera que no habr\u00e1 de alcanzar a separar la jal\u00e1, podr\u00e1 hacerlo de esta misma manera.<\/p>\n<p>Solamente el propietario de los frutos puede comenzar el apartado en v\u00edspera de Shabat y terminarlo durante el Shabat. Un hu\u00e9sped que tema que su anfitri\u00f3n pudiera olvidarse de separar ofrendas y diezmos podr\u00e1 solicitarle a este en la v\u00edspera de Shabat que lo nombre su enviado para hacerlo y de ese modo podr\u00e1 -por comisi\u00f3n del anfitri\u00f3n- comenzar el proceso de apartar ofrendas y diezmos en la v\u00edspera de Shabat y concluirlo durante el Shabat (Mishn\u00e1 Tratado de Demai 7:1, 5, Talmud Jerosolimitano \u00eddem, Ramb\u00e1m Hiljot Ma&#8217;aser 9:7-9).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No se apartan ofrendas, diezmos ni jal\u00e1 en Shabat, ya que quien lo hace se asemeja a quien consagra los frutos para el Cielo, y adem\u00e1s se ve como quien mejora los frutos para tornarlos aptos.
