Hay autoridades hal\u00e1jicas que sostienen que todas estas masas requieren de la separaci\u00f3n de jal\u00e1 ya que la obligaci\u00f3n recae al momento de la preparaci\u00f3n de la masa, y como en estos casos se trata de una masa gruesa que puede ser horneada para la elaboraci\u00f3n de pan, aunque se tenga la intenci\u00f3n de cocerlos, resulta obligatorio separar la jal\u00e1 (Rabenu Tam). En la pr\u00e1ctica, la halaj\u00e1 es conforme a la opini\u00f3n mayoritaria de los juristas, que entienden que, dado que se tiene la intenci\u00f3n de cocer o fre\u00edr la masa, no se la considera &#8216;pan&#8217; y aunque se fije con ellas una comida, las bendiciones a recitar ser\u00e1n Mezonot y Al HaMiji\u00e1. Sin embargo, a priori, es correcto tratar de cumplir de acuerdo con todas las opiniones, por lo que en un caso as\u00ed se suele separar la jal\u00e1 sin recitar la bendici\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de que se hornease una parte de la masa que se tiene la intenci\u00f3n de cocer, aunque tan solo se trate de un volumen equivalente al de una peque\u00f1a torta, seg\u00fan todas las opiniones se deber\u00e1 separar jal\u00e1 del art\u00edculo que se ha de hornear recitando la bendici\u00f3n correspondiente.
