{"id":6053,"date":"2019-01-10T02:00:24","date_gmt":"2019-01-10T00:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/?p=6053"},"modified":"2025-05-20T12:27:13","modified_gmt":"2025-05-20T09:27:13","slug":"17-29-02","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/17-29-02\/","title":{"rendered":"02 \u2013 El caso de un gentil que no es id\u00f3latra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando un gentil no es id\u00f3latra, no cabe temer que haya libado al vino con fines rituales paganos, pero el temor a la asimilaci\u00f3n s\u00ed existe, por ello, los sabios prohibieron ingerir su vino, pero permitieron obtener beneficio de este. O sea, por una parte, en virtud de la gran gravedad (<em>jumr\u00e1 ieter\u00e1<\/em>) que encierra el vino, que es capaz de desdibujar o borrar los l\u00edmites necesarios para preservar la singularidad del jud\u00edo, los sabios adoptaron una actitud m\u00e1s estricta y prohibieron un vino que hubiere sido tocado por un gentil. Por otra parte, <strong>dado que el gentil en cuesti\u00f3n no es id\u00f3latra<\/strong>, prohibieron la ingesta de su vino tanto como aquel que pudiera haber sido tocado, mas no la obtenci\u00f3n de un beneficio a partir de este. De esto resulta que la primera medida estricta de la prohibici\u00f3n recae sobre el gentil, por lo que su contacto torna al vino en no apto, y la segunda medida de rigurosidad, seg\u00fan la cual se proh\u00edbe tambi\u00e9n obtener beneficio del vino, no recae sobre este (Shulj\u00e1n Aruj 124:1 y 6).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esta es la regla:<\/strong> el estatus del gentil que no adora \u00eddolos es m\u00e1s leve en un grado que el de aquel que s\u00ed los adora. Por lo tanto, todo aquello de lo que est\u00e1 prohibido obtener beneficio en el caso de un gentil que es id\u00f3latra, estar\u00e1 prohibido beberlo en el caso de un gentil que no es id\u00f3latra, y todo aquello que se proh\u00edbe \u00fanicamente consumir de un gentil id\u00f3latra, se permitir\u00e1 consumir en el caso de que el gentil no sea id\u00f3latra (Shulj\u00e1n Aruj 124:7).<\/p>\n<p>Tal como lo aprenderemos en la halaj\u00e1 siguiente, en la actualidad el estatus del gentil que no adora \u00eddolos es m\u00e1s com\u00fan, pero de acuerdo con nuestra modalidad de estudio nos dedicaremos principalmente al estatus de quienes s\u00ed adoran \u00eddolos, pues de ellos se ocuparon nuestros sabios tanto en la Mishn\u00e1 como en el Talmud, y en virtud de ello se aclarar\u00e1 la norma vinculada al gentil que no rinde culto pagano cuyo estatus es un grado m\u00e1s sencillo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando un gentil no es id\u00f3latra, no cabe temer que haya libado al vino con fines rituales paganos, pero el temor a la asimilaci\u00f3n s\u00ed existe, por ello, los sabios prohibieron ingerir su vino, pero permitieron obtener beneficio de este.
