No se prohibir\u00e1 obtener beneficio del vino en cuesti\u00f3n porque este no toc\u00f3 la mano del gentil, adem\u00e1s, el no jud\u00edo no sacudi\u00f3 el recipiente. Se proh\u00edbe beber del vino en cuesti\u00f3n, porque los sabios prohibieron un vino que el gentil vierta con su propia fuerza. Dado que el chorro de vino sali\u00f3 de la botella y lleg\u00f3 ininterrumpidamente al vaso, se genera una conexi\u00f3n \u201cde flujo\u201d (<sup><a href='#_te01ftn29_1' id='_te01ftnref29_1' class='aup1'>[1]<\/a><\/sup>) entre el vino del vaso y el de la botella, y el propio vino que se encuentra en la botella quedar\u00e1 vedado para su ingesta. No obstante, en caso de gran p\u00e9rdida econ\u00f3mica, por ejemplo, si se sirviera el vaso desde un recipiente muy grande, el vino que quedare en este \u00faltimo ser\u00e1 apto para beber (Shulj\u00e1n Aruj y Ram\u00e1 125:1, 126:1-2).<\/p>\n<p>En caso de que un gentil que no adora \u00eddolos sirviere de la botella a un vaso, seg\u00fan la opini\u00f3n de muchas autoridades hal\u00e1jicas tanto el vino que se encuentra en el vaso como el que se encuentra en la botella ser\u00e1n aptos para beber (Siftei Cohen 124:11, Dagul MeRevav\u00e1, Rab\u00ed Akiva Iguer, Erej HaShulj\u00e1n, Ish Matzl\u00edaj, Jaz\u00f3n Ish).<\/p>\n<p>Y hay quienes adoptan una actitud m\u00e1s estricta y proh\u00edben el vino que se encuentra en el vaso, pero autorizan beber del que qued\u00f3 en la botella (Turei Zahav, Yab\u00eda Omer Yor\u00e9 De\u00e1 1:11). Si bien seg\u00fan las reglas de la Halaj\u00e1 es preciso sentenciar de acuerdo con las eminencias de opini\u00f3n m\u00e1s flexible, muchos acostumbran a adoptar la actitud estricta. E incluso hay quienes son a\u00fan m\u00e1s estrictos y proh\u00edben beber del vino que quedare en la botella.<\/p>\n<p>En la pr\u00e1ctica, la opini\u00f3n principal es la flexible, pero no se debe emplear a gentiles para que sirvan el vino, por cuanto que resultar\u00e1 dif\u00edcil verificar que no lo toquen. Por ello, la costumbre extendida es que cuando el mesero o el mozo es gentil, aunque no adore \u00eddolos, los comensales son quienes abren la botella y se sirven por s\u00ed mismos del vino.
