Sin embargo, lo que aprendimos en cuanto a que el sabor a alimento prohibido que fue absorbido por la pared de la olla torna en prohibido al alimento cocido en esta, es as\u00ed a condici\u00f3n de que el utensilio haya sido utilizado en ese mismo d\u00eda (<em>ben iom\u00f3<\/em>), esto es, dentro de las veinticuatro horas desde el momento en que se cocinara el alimento taref, ya que durante ese lapso el sabor prohibido absorbido por el utensilio puede aun saborizar al siguiente platillo y tornarlo prohibido.<\/p>\n<p>Pero una vez pasado un d\u00eda entero, los sabores absorbidos y adheridos en el utensilio se estropean y ya no pueden tornar al siguiente alimento en prohibido (\u00eddem 103:5). En caso de duda respecto de si pas\u00f3 o no un d\u00eda completo desde la \u00faltima cocci\u00f3n, se considera como si hubiera pasado, siguiendo la regla que indica: \u201cutensilios cualesquiera no se considera que fueron utilizados en el d\u00eda\u201d (<em>stam kelim einam bnei iomam<\/em>) (\u00eddem 122:7).<\/p>\n<p>En caso de que se supiere que la olla es taref y a pesar de ello se la usare intencionalmente, aunque hubiere pasado un d\u00eda entero y el sabor prohibido expelido est\u00e9 estropeado, nuestros sabios lo sancionaron y prohibieron el alimento cocido para quien lo cocin\u00f3 y para todos los destinatarios de la cocci\u00f3n, y solamente podr\u00e1n ingerirlo personas para las cuales esta comida no hubiere sido cocinada.<\/p>\n<p>De esto resulta que el estatus final del alimento es fijado por dos cuestiones. La primera, si el utensilio en cuesti\u00f3n fue utilizado o no en ese d\u00eda, si es o no <em>ben iom\u00f3<\/em>. Si el utensilio era <em>ben iom\u00f3<\/em> el alimento queda absolutamente prohibido. Si, por el contrario, no era <em>ben iom\u00f3<\/em>, entonces llega la segunda pregunta: \u00bfacaso el alimento fue cocinado con intenci\u00f3n (<em>bemezid<\/em>)?
