Por lo tanto, es preciso destinar una tabla de picar para los alimentos c\u00e1rnicos y otra para los alimentos l\u00e1cteos. Quien desee picar alimentos para los dos tipos de comida precisa destinar una tabla especial para alimentos parve. Sin embargo, a posteriori, si se cortaron verduras sobre una tabla de picar c\u00e1rnica bien lavada, y fueron mezcladas en un guiso l\u00e1cteo \u2013el alimento ser\u00e1 kasher.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se corta sobre una taba de picar alimentos picantes tales como la cebolla o el ajo, en virtud de su intenso sabor, al ser presionados sobre la tabla pueden absorber otros sabores, al grado de que hay quienes entienden que si la tabla es c\u00e1rnica se vuelven c\u00e1rnicos y si esta es l\u00e1ctea se vuelven l\u00e1cteos (Jojmat Adam 56:2). A priori, es preciso tomar en cuenta su opini\u00f3n, y si se cortase cebolla sobre una tabla de picar l\u00e1ctea lavada y por error se la mezclase en un guiso c\u00e1rnico cuyo volumen no es sesenta veces superior al del vegetal, a priori, ser\u00e1 preciso prohibir la ingesti\u00f3n del guiso c\u00e1rnico no sea que hubiere pasado sabor a leche a trav\u00e9s de la cebolla. En caso de gran necesidad o apremio, mientras se vea que no resulte factible sentir sabor a leche en el guiso c\u00e1rnico \u2013este podr\u00e1 ser autorizado.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de una tabla de picar de vidrio o metal, esta no absorbe ni expele sabores, por ello, aunque sea c\u00e1rnica o l\u00e1ctea, si fue lavada como corresponde, podr\u00e1 ser usada para picar sobre ella alimentos parve e incluso picantes para el otro tipo de comida.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una tabla de picar de madera o pl\u00e1stico puede absorber sabores porque su material lo hace y porque los reiterados cortes generan estr\u00edas que permiten que el sabor ingrese al interior de la tabla.
