Por ejemplo, si se vertiera salsa taref hirviendo sobre carne, la superficie de esta quedar\u00e1 prohibida y ser\u00e1 preciso retirarle la capa exterior \u201cequivalente a una c\u00e1scara\u201d, y el resto de la carne precisar\u00e1 ser bien lavada y posteriormente podr\u00e1 ser ingerida. El grosor de una c\u00e1scara (<em>kedei klip\u00e1<\/em>) implica el m\u00ednimo necesario del alimento en cuesti\u00f3n, de manera tal que pueda ser retirado de una sola vez.<\/p>\n<p>Si se vertiere agua caliente de un recipiente de primer grado sobre un trozo de carne kasher y otro que no lo es (<em>nevel\u00e1<\/em>), el sabor del trozo prohibido podr\u00eda pasar al permitido hasta el grosor de una c\u00e1scara, <em>kedei klip\u00e1<\/em>, porque el vertido del l\u00edquido puede provocar tanto el expeler, as\u00ed como el absorber.
