{"id":6228,"date":"2019-01-16T06:00:24","date_gmt":"2019-01-16T04:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/?p=6228"},"modified":"2025-05-20T15:26:06","modified_gmt":"2025-05-20T12:26:06","slug":"17-35-06","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/17-35-06\/","title":{"rendered":"06 \u2013 Asado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando dos trozos de carne, uno kasher y el otro taref, fueron asados u horneados juntos, teniendo contacto uno con el otro, tanto hayan estado colocados uno sobre el otro o uno al costado del otro, si uno de estos fuera grasoso, es decir que poseyera grasa, por medio de su crasitud el sabor prohibido habr\u00e1 de borbotear e ingresar a la totalidad del permitido. Por ello, si el trozo permitido no fuera sesenta veces m\u00e1s voluminoso que el prohibido -se prohibir\u00e1 en su totalidad. Si ambos trozos de carne fueran magros, dado que la grasa no habr\u00e1 de burbujear en la totalidad del trozo, ser\u00e1 preciso separar del trozo permitido un trozo del grosor de un dedo (1.9 cm. &#8211;<em>kedei netil\u00e1<\/em>) y el resto del pedazo ser\u00e1 kasher (Shulj\u00e1n Aruj 105:4-5).<\/p>\n<p>Dado que en la pr\u00e1ctica muchas veces resulta dif\u00edcil definir la situaci\u00f3n de la grasa, se acostumbra a adoptar la actitud estricta de acuerdo con las dos posibilidades. Si el trozo permitido no es sesenta veces m\u00e1s voluminoso que el prohibido -quedar\u00e1 totalmente prohibida, no sea que uno de los trozos fuera grasoso. Y si el trozo permitido fuera efectivamente sesenta veces m\u00e1s voluminoso, ser\u00e1 preciso retirarle una capa del grosor de <em>kedei netil\u00e1<\/em>, por si ambos trozos fueran magros. Todo esto aplica a tipos de carne de los cuales casi siempre se duda respecto de su crasitud.
