La pregunta es \u00bfqu\u00e9 ocurre cuando un alimento frio y otro caliente son colocados uno sobre el otro? En la pr\u00e1ctica se dictamin\u00f3: \u201cel que est\u00e1 debajo predomina\u201d porque naturalmente el calor asciende. Por ello, si hubiere sopa caliente kasher en un primer recipiente y cayere en su interior carne taref fr\u00eda, dado que el alimento que est\u00e1 debajo predomina se teme que pudiera haber all\u00ed una cocci\u00f3n completa y en caso de que el volumen de la sopa no excediere sesenta veces al de la carne taref, se prohibir\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Si la sopa kasher estuviere fr\u00eda y cayere en su interior un trozo de carne taref caliente, dado que el alimento que se encuentra debajo predomina no se temer\u00e1 que pudiera haber cocci\u00f3n completa, pero s\u00ed se teme que pueda haber una absorci\u00f3n de una profundidad que requiera retirar del trozo de carne una capa del grosor de una c\u00e1scara (<em>kedei klip\u00e1<\/em>), y por ello, alcanzar\u00e1 con que el volumen de la sopa sea sesenta veces mayor que el del trozo que debiera ser retirado de la carne no kasher (Tratado de Pesajim 76(A) seg\u00fan la opini\u00f3n de Shmuel, Shulj\u00e1n Aruj 105:3).<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, si se colocaren dos trozos de carne uno sobre otro, el primero kasher y el segundo taref. Si el que se encuentra debajo estuviere caliente en un nivel de un recipiente de primer grado, aunque los trozos no se encontraren sobre el fuego, la gravedad del contacto entre ellos ser\u00e1 similar al del asado de carne grasa (tal como se ha explicado en la halaj\u00e1 anterior) y por ende, si el volumen del trozo kasher no fuere sesenta veces mayor que el taref, quedar\u00e1 totalmente prohibido. Si el trozo inferior estuviere frio, al estar debajo predomina, por lo que el contacto entre los dos trozos no tendr\u00e1 la gravedad de la cocci\u00f3n, sin embargo, dado que el trozo superior est\u00e1 caliente, tendr\u00e1 lugar una absorci\u00f3n del grosor de una c\u00e1scara que deber\u00e1 ser pelada (<em>kedei klip\u00e1<\/em>) y ser\u00e1 preciso pelar el trozo kasher en el sitio de contacto con el taref.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aprendimos hasta ahora que cuando un alimento est\u00e1 frio no se produce absorci\u00f3n (beli\u2019\u00e1) al tiempo que cuando se cocina en un primer recipiente la absorci\u00f3n es completa.
