Tampoco corresponde prohibirla por la prohibici\u00f3n de \u201clastimar o herir\u201d (<em>jovel<\/em>), ya que esta prohibici\u00f3n implica que no se puede infligir al cuerpo una herida que sangre, y en el caso del sangrado producto de la p\u00e9rdida de la virginidad, este se encuentra guardado y concentrado en su lugar para proteger la entrada de la vagina, y la penetraci\u00f3n que deja sin efecto la virginidad no es considerada como una lastimadura que provoca un sangrado corporal.<\/p>\n<p>Tampoco se considera a la c\u00f3pula como una labor prohibida de &#8216;tik\u00fan&#8217; (reparar o confeccionar) destinada a hacer un orificio, porque el estado de virginidad se considera como m\u00e1s completo, y al romperse el himen, se considera que se estropea el estado de virginidad, ya que corresponde renunciar a esta \u00fanicamente en aras de la uni\u00f3n virtuosa de los c\u00f3nyuges (Tratado de Ketuvot 5(B) \u2013 7(A), Shulj\u00e1n Aruj Oraj Jaim 280:2).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Est\u00e1 permitido llevar a cabo la uni\u00f3n preceptiva en Shabat, y no debe prohibirse bajo el argumento de que en ese d\u00eda est\u00e1 prohibido realizar acciones que generen dolor, porque la alegr\u00eda por el cumplimiento del precepto de la uni\u00f3n conyugal supera al dolor producido por la rotura del himen.
