Si la mujer se revisare en la profundidad de su vagina, aunque la revisaci\u00f3n fuere llevada a cabo con una tela de color que no adquiere impureza y en esta encontrare poca sangre, del tama\u00f1o de un grano de mostaza, estar\u00e1 impura, pues, dado que la sangre fue hallada en la profundidad de la vagina cerca de la entrada al \u00fatero, se teme que pudiera haber sido sentida al salir, en el mero momento o en las horas previas, por lo que seg\u00fan la Tor\u00e1 proh\u00edbe a la mujer, y por ende, no recaer\u00e1n sobre esta las flexibilizaciones propias de las manchas. Asimismo, sangre que se encontrare en un tamp\u00f3n, se la considerar\u00e1 como si hubiere sido hallada en una revisaci\u00f3n interior.<\/p>\n

En caso de que la mujer se hubiere higienizado tras haber ido de cuerpo y encontrare sangre en el papel higi\u00e9nico, hay quienes adoptan una actitud estricta y entienden que por cuanto que resulta claro que la sangre proviene de la vagina, cabe temer que haya sido sentida al salir, y que la sensaci\u00f3n experimentada al orinar la haya disminuido. Por lo tanto, seg\u00fan la opini\u00f3n de los juristas, es preferible no mirar al papel higi\u00e9nico en las primeras pasadas. Pero en la pr\u00e1ctica, si bien seguramente la sangre provenga de la vagina, dado que en la pr\u00e1ctica fue absorbida fuera de esta y la mujer no sinti\u00f3 nada cuando sal\u00eda, ingresar\u00e1 en la categor\u00eda de \u201cmancha\u201d, y dado que esta se encuentra sobre papel higi\u00e9nico que no adquiere impureza, la mujer estar\u00e1 pura. Asimismo, si se hubiere secado con una tela blanca que adquiere impureza, pero en esta no hubiere una mancha mayor que el tama\u00f1o de un grano de cereal, estar\u00e1 pura.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
