{"id":6622,"date":"2025-11-10T04:00:29","date_gmt":"2025-11-10T02:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/?p=6622"},"modified":"2025-11-26T16:51:19","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T14:51:19","slug":"18-10-04","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/18-10-04\/","title":{"rendered":"04 &#8211; Las diferencias entre el manantial y la mikve"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Existen dos tipos de acumulaci\u00f3n de agua sobre la tierra: 1) El manantial cuyo origen es en aguas subterr\u00e1neas, esto es, agua que brota de la tierra. 2) Un pozo en el cual se re\u00fanen (<em>nikavim<\/em>) aguas de lluvia y recibe el nombre de mikve, tal como fue dicho (Vaikr\u00e1-Lev\u00edtico 11:36): <em>\u201cEmpero, solo el manantial o la cisterna -reuni\u00f3n (mikve) de aguas- ser\u00e1 pura\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>El agua del manantial es apta para la inmersi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n cuando fluye, en cambio, las aguas de la mikve deben estar en reposo (<em>ashboren<\/em>), es decir, cuando permanecen en su lugar, ya que las aguas son aptas cuando se encuentran en su estado natural. Las aguas de la lluvia descienden del cielo, y mientras fluyen, su estado es transitorio y no fijo, y solo cuando se re\u00fanen en un sitio, se mantienen all\u00ed y es posible usarlas. Por su parte, el manantial continuamente brota y fluye, y dado que ese es su estado natural y de uso, es apto para la inmersi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n cuando sus aguas fluyen (Mishn\u00e1 Tratado de Mikvaot 1:7-8, Shulj\u00e1n Aruj 201:2).<\/p>\n<p>Un manantial en cuyo interior cayere otro tipo de l\u00edquido, por ejemplo, vino tinto, si bien este pudiera haber alterado el aspecto del agua, dado que las aguas del manantial son consideradas \u201caguas vivas\u201d (<em>maim ja\u00edm<\/em>), seguir\u00e1 siendo apto para sumergirse. Por su parte, en el caso de una mikve en cuyo interior cayere vino tinto y este pudiera haber alterado el aspecto del agua, dado que el color del agua de la mikve se vio modificado por un l\u00edquido que no es agua, la mikve dejar\u00e1 de ser apta. Sin embargo, dado que en la mikve ya hab\u00eda previamente 40 se\u00e1 de agua apta, se podr\u00e1 agregar m\u00e1s agua extra\u00edda del aljibe (o de la canilla o grifo &#8211; <em>sheuvim<\/em>) hasta que el aspecto del agua de la mikve retorne a su estado inicial y entonces volver\u00e1 a ser apta.
