Tal como ya aprendimos, una mikve es una reuni\u00f3n de aguas que provienen de la lluvia, y si su agua fluye (zojalim<\/em>), no es apta para la inmersi\u00f3n ritual. Por lo tanto, es preciso tener el recaudo de que no haya una gotera o una p\u00e9rdida de agua en la mikve. A posteriori, si apareciere en la mikve una grieta y el agua saliere por esta, si una vez salida el agua, hasta el nivel de la p\u00e9rdida quedaren 40 se\u00e1, la mikve ser\u00e1 apta tambi\u00e9n mientras el agua fluye (hacia afuera), dado que este flujo no causa la p\u00e9rdida de su aptitud. Pero si tras la salida del agua hasta la altura de la grieta no quedaren en la mikve 40 se\u00e1, dado que a ra\u00edz del flujo de agua la mikve ya no puede fungir como tal, estar\u00e1 inapta durante el flujo, aunque entonces tuviere todav\u00eda 40 se\u00e1. Solamente en caso de que la grieta fuera tapada y quedaren en la mikve 40 se\u00e1 podr\u00e1 volver a ser apta. Cuando el agua fluye a trav\u00e9s de un orificio es preciso taparlo con un material que no sea pasible de absorber impureza, por ejemplo, impermeabilizantes y tapones de pl\u00e1stico o madera que no tengan cavidad, pero no por medio de un tap\u00f3n de metal o de una tela (Shulj\u00e1n Aruj 201:50).<\/p>\n

Solamente un flujo perceptible que genera movimiento en el agua inhabilita a la mikve, pero si el agua fluye un poco o es absorbida por la tierra en una porci\u00f3n leve, mientras el flujo no sea perceptible y queden en el interior de la mikve 40 se\u00e1 de agua -la mikve ser\u00e1 kasher (Shulj\u00e1n Aruj 201:51). Hay quienes adoptan a este respecto una actitud estricta e inhabilitan la mikve aunque la p\u00e9rdida sea imperceptible (Ga\u00f3n de Vilna). Si bien la opini\u00f3n principal es la de quienes detentan la actitud flexible, a priori se toma en cuenta la opini\u00f3n estricta. No obstante, un leve descenso en el nivel de las aguas que resulta perceptible solamente tras varias horas, seg\u00fan todas las opiniones, no inhabilita a la mikve.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
