{"id":6633,"date":"2025-11-10T08:00:29","date_gmt":"2025-11-10T06:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/?p=6633"},"modified":"2025-11-26T16:52:59","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T14:52:59","slug":"18-10-08","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/es\/18-10-08\/","title":{"rendered":"08 &#8211; Elementos inhabilitantes en la formaci\u00f3n de una mikve por la acci\u00f3n humana o por impureza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Incluso cuando la mikve no fuere llenada por medio de recipientes -los cuales transforman al agua en extra\u00edda (<em>sheuvim<\/em>)- por ejemplo, si una persona la llen\u00f3 por medio de un recipiente que contiene un orificio en su parte inferior (<em>kli nakuv<\/em>), o si junto a la mikve hubiere un charco de agua de lluvia y una persona salpicare con sus manos del charco al interior de esta, la mikve resultar\u00e1 inhabilitada (<em>pasul<\/em>) por cuanto que su formaci\u00f3n tiene origen en la acci\u00f3n del hombre y no en el cielo, o sea, en las fuerzas de la naturaleza. Aunque hubieren llegado a una mikve que a\u00fan no alcanza a tener 40 se\u00e1 de agua, tres log del l\u00edquido elemento proveniente de la mano de una persona, toda la mikve queda inhabilitada seg\u00fan la norma de las aguas extra\u00eddas (<em>maim sheuvim<\/em>) que cayeron a una mikve incompleta (Shulj\u00e1n Aruj 201:15, 39).<\/p>\n<p>Otra condici\u00f3n que se requiere para que una mikve sea pura es que el agua se haya generado en pureza, tal como fue dicho (Vaikr\u00e1-Lev\u00edtico 11:36): <em>\u201cEmpero, solo el manantial o la cisterna -reuni\u00f3n de aguas- ser\u00e1 pura\u201d<\/em>, nuestros sabios estudiaron de ello (Tratado de Zvajim 25(B)): \u201cQue se haya formado en pureza\u201d. Pero si las aguas de la lluvia ingresaron a la mikve por medio de elementos que pudieran adquirir impureza, no ser\u00e1n aptas.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, aguas que fluyeron a una mikve a trav\u00e9s de tuber\u00edas o de ca\u00f1er\u00edas met\u00e1licas que no est\u00e1n conectadas a la tierra, resultan inv\u00e1lidas, por cuanto que una tuber\u00eda de metal no conectada a la tierra adquiere impureza.
