Sin embargo, en el caso de quien se ensuci\u00f3 con lodo o con materia fecal o si sangr\u00f3 por la nariz, puede lavar el sitio en cuesti\u00f3n ya que el objetivo del lavado es quitar la suciedad y no la obtenci\u00f3n de placer. Al cambi\u00e1rsele el pa\u00f1al al beb\u00e9, se lava tanto el sitio sucio como las manos con jab\u00f3n a los efectos de higienizar. Si bien en todo lavado que tiene por objetivo quitar suciedad hay un elemento de placer, dado que la intenci\u00f3n principal de la acci\u00f3n es la higiene &#8211; no se le considera acci\u00f3n placentera (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj Oraj Ja\u00edm<\/em> 613:1).<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, a la hora de preparar comida para un ni\u00f1o, est\u00e1 permitido lavar tanto los alimentos como las manos, ya que no se trata de una acci\u00f3n destinada a la obtenci\u00f3n de placer.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de quien sud\u00f3 cuantiosamente al punto de que le molesta mucho, tiene permitido lavar el sitio transpirado ya que no se trata de una acci\u00f3n orientada a la obtenci\u00f3n de placer (<em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 613:2, <em>Sha\u00b4ar Hatzi\u00fan<\/em> 4).<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de quien es sumamente sensible y no logra concentrarse si no se lava la cara por la ma\u00f1ana podr\u00e1 hacerlo con agua, y si puede abstenerse de hacerlo ser\u00e1 bendecido. En el caso de quien se le acumularon laga\u00f1as en los ojos y no las logra quitar sin agua, puede hacerlo con un poco del l\u00edquido elemento (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj Ram\u00e1<\/em> 613:4, <em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 9).<\/p>\n<p>No se debe enjuagar la boca en Yom Kipur ya que est\u00e1 prohibido lavarse y adem\u00e1s se teme que durante el enjuague se pueda tragar agua. Quien sabe que su boca despide mal aliento y aunque esto le cause gran malestar, no podr\u00e1 enjuagarla. En este caso, recomendamos cepillar la boca con un cepillo seco.<\/p>\n<p>Una novia que est\u00e1 dentro de los primeros treinta d\u00edas desde su casamiento, y teme que de no lavarse la cara su marido pueda impresionarse mal de ella, podr\u00e1 hacerlo ya que no se trata de una acci\u00f3n orientada a la obtenci\u00f3n de placer sino a no desagradar a su esposo.<\/p>\n<p>Se permite tomar una toalla levemente h\u00fameda, como, por ejemplo, una toalla con la que se secaron las manos, y pasarla sobre los ojos y el rostro para limpiarlos y refrescarlos ya que con esta poca humedad no se trasgrede la prohibici\u00f3n de lavar. Esto, siempre y cuando la toalla no est\u00e9 tan mojada que pueda humectar las manos en tal medida que estas a su vez mojen todo aquello que toquen (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> 613:9). Normalmente, las toallitas h\u00famedas tienen este grado de humedad por lo que est\u00e1 prohibido usarlas en Kipur para refrescarse. Empero, se permite usarlas para limpiar o higienizar.
