Quien est\u00e1 presente durante el servicio sin responder al oficiante, \u00bfcuenta para el \u00ab<em>Mini\u00e1n<\/em>\u00ab?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>No es necesario que todos los diez miembros del <em>\u00abMini\u00e1n\u00bb<\/em> puedan participar efectivamente en el recitado de cuestiones de santidad (<em>dvarim shebakdush\u00e1<\/em>), o sea que aun cuando algunos de los participantes no pueden responderle al oficiante completan igualmente el qu\u00f3rum. Por ejemplo, si algunos a\u00fan no terminaron de rezar la \u00ab<em>Amid\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb de \u00ab<em>Arvit<\/em>\u00ab, a pesar que no pueden responder al \u00ab<em>Kadish<\/em>\u00bb o al \u00ab<em>Barej\u00fa<\/em>\u00ab, por cuanto que hay en el recinto diez jud\u00edos, la Divina Presencia posa entre ellos y de todas maneras se pueden recitar cuestiones de santidad.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, un sordo que no puede escuchar al oficiante o un mudo que no puede responderle a \u00e9ste, igualmente completan \u00ab<em>Mini\u00e1n<\/em>\u00ab. Lo \u00fanico que se requiere es que en el recinto se encuentren cinco personas que puedan responder tras el oficiante, ya que junto a \u00e9l son seis y conforman la mayor\u00eda del qu\u00f3rum m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n<p>En opini\u00f3n de algunos de los m\u00e1s importantes juristas de las \u00faltimas generaciones (<em>ajaronim<\/em>), la regla por la cual quien no puede responder de todas maneras completa \u00ab<em>Mini\u00e1n<\/em>\u00bb se refiere al recitado del Kadish y dem\u00e1s cuestiones de santidad, pero a los efectos de que el oficiante repita la \u00abAmid\u00e1\u00bb se requiere de nueve que puedan responderle \u00abAm\u00e9n\u00bb, ya que de no ser as\u00ed el recitado de la bendici\u00f3n es vano (<em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj Harav<\/em> 55:7, <em>Ben Ish Jai Vaiej\u00ed<\/em> 6). Sin embargo, de acuerdo a la opini\u00f3n mayoritaria de los juristas, si bien a priori es necesario que nueve respondan \u00abAm\u00e9n\u00bb durante la repetici\u00f3n de la \u00abAmid\u00e1\u00bb por parte del oficiante, desde el punto de vista de la base de la ley, quienes no responden \u00abAm\u00e9n\u00bb tambi\u00e9n completan el \u00ab<em>Mini\u00e1n<\/em>\u00ab, por lo que el oficiante puede comenzar la repetici\u00f3n en voz alta aunque no hayan a\u00fan nueve personas que hayan terminado la \u00ab<em>Amid\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb silenciosa y puedan responder.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo est\u00e1 permitido est\u00e1 permitido recitar la repetici\u00f3n de la \u00ab<em>Amid\u00e1<\/em>\u00bb en un \u00ab<em>Mini\u00e1n<\/em>\u00bb de gente poco respetuosa que acostumbra a hablar durante la repetici\u00f3n del oficiante, al punto de que puede llegar a dudarse respecto de si habr\u00e1n o no nueve personas que efectivamente respondan \u00abAm\u00e9n\u00bb, ya que a posteriori tambi\u00e9n aquellos que no responden son contados para completar el qu\u00f3rum (<em>Magu\u00e9n Abraham<\/em>, <em>Eliahu Rab\u00e1<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>A los efectos de salir de duda, all\u00ed donde se habla mucho durante la repetici\u00f3n del oficiante y se teme que no hayan nueve que respondan \u00abAm\u00e9n\u00bb, \u00e9ste debe pensar para sus adentros y condicionar que si la halaj\u00e1 final es de acuerdo a los que opinan que se requiere de nueve que respondan efectivamente, entonces su repetici\u00f3n habr\u00e1 de ser un rezo suplementario y un tributo no obligatorio (\u00ab<em>Tefilat Nedav\u00e1<\/em>\u00ab).
