El nombramiento del oficiante."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El oficiante es un enviado o representante del p\u00fablico (\u00ab<em>sheliaj tzibur<\/em>\u00ab), y por lo tanto est\u00e1 prohibido ocupar ese puesto sin que la congregaci\u00f3n o el encargado de la sinagoga lo hayan pedido. A quien ocupe el puesto contra la voluntad del p\u00fablico no se le habr\u00e1 de responder \u00abAm\u00e9n\u00bb (Ram\u00e1 53:22).<\/p>\n<p>Cuando el encargado de la sinagoga pide a alguien del p\u00fablico que oficie, corresponde primeramente, por una cuesti\u00f3n de educaci\u00f3n, negarse para no parecer que busca vanagloriarse con su performance. Una vez que el encargado de la sinagoga insiste, habr\u00e1 de conducirse como quien acepta, pero a\u00fan espera que aparezca otro m\u00e1s digno que \u00e9l para hacerlo. Una vez que el encargado pide por tercera vez, habr\u00e1 de aceptar y comenzar\u00e1 a rezar. En caso de que quien lo pida sea un gran erudito hay que aceptar de inmediato ya que no es educado negarse a una persona importante (Talmud Babilonio Tratado de <em>Berajot<\/em> 34(A), <em>Shulj\u00e1n Aruj<\/em> 53:16). Nos parece que quien en el pasado se neg\u00f3 una vez a oficiar ante el pedido del encargado, al volver a repetirse el pedido por parte del \u00faltimo habr\u00e1 que considerar este pedido como el segundo y se habr\u00e1 de conducir como quien acepta, mas a\u00fan podr\u00e1 esperar por si aparece otro m\u00e1s digno, y si se le vuelve a solicitar habr\u00e1 de ir de inmediato.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de quien puede oficiar pero declina m\u00e1s veces de las que indicaron nuestros sabios, atenta contra el honor del rezo y la Gloria Celestial. Asimismo, quien fue dotado por D\u00b4s con habilidad musical y voz agradable no habr\u00e1 de declinar a oficiar en s\u00e1bados o d\u00edas de fiesta, en los cuales los servicios son embellecidos mediante melod\u00edas y c\u00e1nticos. En caso de que decline a oficiar por obstinaci\u00f3n o haraganer\u00eda y no alaba a D\u00b4s con su voz, merece ser considerado como si no hubiese existido (<em>Sefer Jasidim<\/em> 768). Nuestros sabios, de bendita memoria, nos cuentan que Navot el Izreelita (proveniente del Valle de Izre\u00b4el n. de t.) pose\u00eda una voz bella y agradable, y peregrinaba en las fiestas al Templo de Jerusalem, y todos los israelitas se reun\u00edan a escucharlo cantar.
