Tefil\u00edn y tzitzit en el recitado del Shem\u00e1 y el rezo de Shajarit."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Es precepto de nuestros sabios que recitemos el <em>Shem\u00e1<\/em> de <em>Shajarit<\/em> con los tefil\u00edn puestos, tal como reza la porci\u00f3n de igual nombre (Devarim 6:8): \u00abY los tendr\u00e1s atados como se\u00f1al en tu mano y ser\u00e1n como frontales entre tus ojos\u00bb. Asimismo en la porci\u00f3n de \u00ab<em>Vehai\u00e1 Im Shamoa<\/em>\u00bb (Devarim 11:18) est\u00e1 escrito: \u00aby las atareis por se\u00f1al en vuestra mano y por frontales entre vuestros ojos\u00bb. Todos estos vers\u00edculos que hablan de tefil\u00edn, no corresponde recitarlos sin tenerlos colocados. Por esto, dijeron nuestros sabios que todo aquel que recita el <em>Shem\u00e1<\/em> sin tefil\u00edn se asemeja a quien da falso testimonio (Talmud Babilonio Tratado de <em>Berajot<\/em> 14(B)).<\/p>\n<p>De todas maneras, quien carece de tefil\u00edn tambi\u00e9n debe recitar el <em>Shem\u00e1<\/em> por cuanto que estos dos son preceptos inconexos en su cumplimiento tal que el incumplimiento de uno no impide cumplir con el otro y entonces quien no tiene el m\u00e9rito de colocar tefil\u00edn, que al menos cumpla con el recitado del <em>Shem\u00e1<\/em>. En este caso no se considera que da falso testimonio por cuanto que la situaci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 bajo su control (<em>Mishn\u00e1 Berur\u00e1<\/em> 46:33).<\/p>\n<p>Para la <em>Amid\u00e1 <\/em>de <em>Shajarit<\/em> se deben colocar tefil\u00edn por cuanto que el uso de las filacterias es parte de la completa aceptaci\u00f3n del Yugo Celestial (Talmud Babilonio Tratado de <em>Berajot<\/em> 15(A)).<\/p>\n<p>Los sabios de las \u00faltimas generaciones dudaron respecto de qu\u00e9 hacer en el caso de una persona que carece de <em>tefil\u00edn<\/em> y su amigo se los puede prestar despu\u00e9s del servicio. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es mejor, rezar con la congregaci\u00f3n sin tefil\u00edn y coloc\u00e1rselos cuando el servicio concluya o rezar en soledad con los tefil\u00edn puestos? En la pr\u00e1ctica, la mayor\u00eda de los juristas asienten que es mejor rezar en soledad con los <em>tefil\u00edn<\/em>, pero quien quiera rezar con la congregaci\u00f3n sin filacterias y pon\u00e9rselas despu\u00e9s puede hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p>Corresponde envolverse en el <em>talit <\/em>antes del rezo, pues la tercera secci\u00f3n del recitado del <em>Shem\u00e1<\/em> se ocupa del precepto del <em>tzitzit<\/em> y es bueno recitarla habi\u00e9ndose puesto esta prenda. Se acostumbra que durante el recitado del <em>Shem\u00e1<\/em> se sostenga con la mano los cuatro <em>tzitziot<\/em>, bes\u00e1ndolos algunas veces (ver adelante 15:11). Si bien con el \u00ab<em>Talit Kat\u00e1n<\/em>\u00bb ya se cumple con el precepto del <em>tzitzit <\/em>acostumbramos a vestir tambi\u00e9n el \u00ab<em>Talit Gadol<\/em>\u00bb (manto de oraci\u00f3n) en honor al rezo de Shajarit.
