Plats liquides\u00a0: usages y\u00e9m\u00e9nite et ashk\u00e9naze"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Comme nous l\u2019avons vu, Ma\u00efmonide, le Rachba et le Ran estiment que le principe \u00ab\u00a0<em>il n\u2019y a pas cuisson apr\u00e8s cuisson<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019applique \u00e9galement aux plats liquides\u00a0: d\u00e8s lors que leur cuisson est achev\u00e9e, et bien qu\u2019ils aient refroidi, il est permis de les porter \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de <em>yad sol\u00e9det bo<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les originaires du Y\u00e9men, nombreux sont ceux dont la coutume suit en cela Ma\u00efmonide. D\u2019apr\u00e8s cela, si l\u2019on a cuit une soupe \u00e0 la veille de Chabbat et qu\u2019on l\u2019ait mise au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, il sera permis, durant Chabbat, de l\u2019en sortir et de la placer \u00e0 un endroit o\u00f9 elle pourra se r\u00e9chauffer, au point d\u2019\u00eatre br\u00fblante. C\u2019est aussi la r\u00e8gle applicable, selon cette coutume, aux sauces et \u00e0 tout autre plat liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Les Ashk\u00e9nazes suivent la coutume du Rama, qui tient une sorte de voie m\u00e9diane entre les deux opinions (celle de Ma\u00efmonide et celle du <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em>). Si le plat liquide a refroidi, au point qu\u2019il ne soit pas d\u2019usage de le manger si froid, il est interdit de le porter \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de <em>yad sol\u00e9det bo<\/em>. Mais si ce plat a conserv\u00e9 de la chaleur, il sera permis de le porter \u00e0 cette temp\u00e9rature. Cela, parce qu\u2019en principe, le Rama tranche conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019opinion de Ma\u00efmonide, selon lequel<em> il n\u2019y a pas cuisson apr\u00e8s cuisson, s\u2019agissant m\u00eame de liquides<\/em>, \u00e0 ceci pr\u00e8s que, selon lui, s\u2019il ne reste aucune chaleur dans le plat, il est rabbiniquement interdit de le r\u00e9chauffer<sup><a href='#_te01ftn10_5' id='_te01ftnref10_5' class='aup1'>[5]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on suit la coutume du <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> ou celle du Rama, et que l\u2019on soit invit\u00e9 chez une famille y\u00e9m\u00e9nite qui suit la coutume de Ma\u00efmonide, il sera permis de manger la soupe que l\u2019h\u00f4te aura sortie du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et r\u00e9chauff\u00e9e. En effet, d\u00e8s lors que l\u2019h\u00f4te aura observ\u00e9 la halakha, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 sa coutume, il sera permis \u00e0 tout Juif de manger a priori de ses plats (cf. <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 318, 2).<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, il est interdit, si l\u2019on suit la coutume du <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh <\/em>ou celle du Rama, de demander \u00e0 un adepte de la coutume de Ma\u00efmonide de r\u00e9chauffer de la soupe \u00e0 son intention. Puisque, selon sa propre coutume, la chose est interdite, il est aussi interdit de demander cela \u00e0 son prochain. Toutefois, si l\u2019on invite un adepte de l\u2019usage ma\u00efmonidien \u00e0 manger chez soi, l\u2019invit\u00e9 pourra suivre sa propre coutume et r\u00e9chauffer, s\u2019il le veut, la soupe pour lui-m\u00eame. Dans ces conditions, l\u2019h\u00f4te pourra \u00e9galement en manger.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref10_5' id='_te01ftn10_5'>[5]<\/a>. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019expliquent le <em>Nichmat Adam<\/em>, principe 20, 8, le <em>\u2018Hazon Ich, Ora\u2019h \u2018Ha\u00efm <\/em>37, 13, le <em>Igrot Moch\u00e9, Ora\u2019h \u2018Ha\u00efm<\/em> IV 74, 2. La raison en est que cet acte [r\u00e9chauffer un liquide qui a perdu toute sa chaleur] <em>ressemble au fait de cuire<\/em> (<em>nir\u00e9 kimevachel<\/em>)\u00a0; ou encore que, si l\u2019on \u00e9tait indulgent sur ce point, les gens risqueraient d\u2019en venir \u00e0 cuire v\u00e9ritablement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Certains disent que, selon le Rama, si la soupe cuite a refroidi enti\u00e8rement, il est interdit <em>toraniquement <\/em>de la r\u00e9chauffer (cf. <em>Maguen Avraham<\/em> 253, 37\u00a0; <em>T\u00e9hila l\u00e9-David<\/em> 33). La raison en est que, tant que le plat garde de la chaleur et qu\u2019il est encore possible de le manger comme un plat chaud, il conserve son titre de plat cuit\u00a0; mais s\u2019il a refroidi au point de n\u2019\u00eatre plus consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme chaud, la cuisson premi\u00e8re est regard\u00e9e comme nulle, et l\u2019interdit de <em>bichoul<\/em> s\u2019applique de nouveau. (On peut encore dire que, tant que le plat conserve quelque chaleur, il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme <em>maakhal Ben-Drossa\u00ef<\/em>, \u00ab\u00a0aliment partiellement cuit\u00a0\u00bb.
