Cependant, les d\u00e9cisionnaires controversent quant \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle applicable \u00e0 un <em>gouch \u2018ham<\/em><sup><a href='#_te01ftn10_d' id='_te01ftnref10_d' class='aup1'>[d]<\/a><\/sup> (\u00ab\u00a0bloc chaud\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>Selon certains, les r\u00e8gles rappel\u00e9es ci-dessus s\u2019appliquent m\u00eame \u00e0 un \u00ab\u00a0aliment formant un bloc\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019il est plac\u00e9 dans un <em>keli chelichi<\/em>, il ne peut provoquer la cuisson d\u2019aucun aliment. C\u2019est l\u2019opinion de la majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisionnaires (Rama, Gaon de Vilna, <em>Peri M\u00e9gadim<\/em>, <em>\u2018Hatam Sofer<\/em>, <em>Nichmat Adam<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, d\u2019autres d\u00e9cisionnaires sont rigoureux et estiment que les principes applicables au <em>keli ch\u00e9ni<\/em> et au <em>keli chelichi<\/em> visent seulement des aliments liquides ou mous, qui entrent enti\u00e8rement en contact avec les parois froides des ustensiles, si bien que, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 transvas\u00e9s d\u2019un <em>keli richon<\/em> \u00e0 un <em>keli ch\u00e9ni<\/em>, puis de ce dernier \u00e0 un <em>keli chelichi<\/em>, ils ne sont plus en mesure de provoquer la cuisson. Mais s\u2019agissant d\u2019un aliment formant bloc, comme un morceau de viande, une <em>pachtida<\/em><sup><a href='#_te01ftn10_e' id='_te01ftnref10_e' class='aup1'>[e]<\/a><\/sup>, une pomme de terre ou du riz compact, la chaleur s\u2019y conserve,\u00a0et les parois du r\u00e9cipient n\u2019ont pas beaucoup d\u2019influence. Par cons\u00e9quent, tant que sa chaleur s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve au degr\u00e9 de <em>yad sol\u00e9det bo<\/em>, et quand bien m\u00eame il serait plac\u00e9 dans un dixi\u00e8me ustensile, un tel aliment peut provoquer la cuisson (<em>Maguen Avraham<\/em>, <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 318, 45).<\/p>\n<p>En pratique, puisque la question touche \u00e0 un interdit toranique, il convient d\u2019\u00eatre rigoureux. N\u00e9anmoins, chaque fois que s\u2019ajoute un doute suppl\u00e9mentaire quant au fait de savoir si l\u2019on se trouve bien en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une cuisson, on peut \u00eatre indulgent a priori. Par cons\u00e9quent, chaque fois que l\u2019on peut toucher l\u2019aliment formant bloc, il est douteux que la temp\u00e9rature de celui-ci s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve v\u00e9ritablement au degr\u00e9 de <em>yad sol\u00e9det bo<\/em>, et il n\u2019y a plus lieu de craindre qu\u2019il puisse entra\u00eener la cuisson (cf. supra \u00a7 4). M\u00eame dans le cas o\u00f9 il est certain que sa temp\u00e9rature s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve au niveau de <em>yad sol\u00e9det bo<\/em>, on peut le napper de sauce froide enti\u00e8rement cuite, puisque certains estiment qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de cuisson apr\u00e8s cuisson, s\u2019agissant m\u00eame des liquides (\u00a7 5). De m\u00eame, il est permis de le saler, puisque le sel ne cuit pas dans un <em>keli ch\u00e9ni<\/em> (<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 318, 71). De m\u00eame, il est permis de mettre un cornichon ou des l\u00e9gumes crus sur une part de <em>kougel<\/em><sup><a href='#_te01ftn10_f' id='_te01ftnref10_f' class='aup1'>[f]<\/a><\/sup> ou de viande fumante, car on n\u2019a aucune intention de les cuire.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, il est interdit de mettre sur un bloc fumant des \u00e9pices crues, telles que du paprika ou du poivre, car leur cuisson a une utilit\u00e9\u00a0: leur go\u00fbt serait absorb\u00e9 par l\u2019aliment qu\u2019ils accompagnent. Par cons\u00e9quent, il faut attendre que l\u2019aliment compact refroidisse un peu, de fa\u00e7on qu\u2019on puisse le toucher\u00a0; il sera alors permis de l\u2019\u00e9picer<sup><a href='#_te01ftn10_9' id='_te01ftnref10_9' class='aup1'>[9]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref10_d' id='_te01ftn10_d'>[d]<\/a>. Aliment compact, qui conserve longtemps sa chaleur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref10_e' id='_te01ftn10_e'>[e]<\/a>. Omelette \u00e9paisse, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement cuite au four.<\/p>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref10_f' id='_te01ftn10_f'>[f]<\/a>. \u00a0Cf. chap. 7, note d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref10_9' id='_te01ftn10_9'>[9]<\/a>. En mati\u00e8re de cacheroute, certains sont rigoureux quand il s\u2019agit d\u2019un aliment \u00ab\u00a0bloc\u00a0\u00bb, tant que sa temp\u00e9rature s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve au degr\u00e9 de <em>yad sol\u00e9det bo<\/em>. C\u2019est la position du <em>Issour V\u00e9heter<\/em>, du Maharchal, du <em>Chakh<\/em>, du <em>Peri \u2018Hadach <\/em>et du <em>Peri M\u00e9gadim<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 eux, le Rama, le Gaon de Vilna, le <em>\u2018Hatam Sofer<\/em>, se fondant sur <em>Tossephot <\/em>et sur le Ran, estiment qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de diff\u00e9rence entre un aliment compact et quelque autre aliment. De l\u2019avis de certains commentateurs, ceux-l\u00e0 m\u00eame qui sont rigoureux sur ce point en mati\u00e8re de cacheroute, estimant qu\u2019un aliment compact peut absorber les saveurs d\u2019autres aliments, ne pensent pas pour autant que cet aliment ait le pouvoir de cuire. Il n\u2019y a donc pas, selon eux, d\u2019interdit propre au Chabbat en ce domaine. Tel est l\u2019avis du <em>Min\u2019hat Ya\u2019aqov<\/em> 61, 45, du <em>Peri M\u00e9gadim, Yor\u00e9 D\u00e9\u2019a<\/em> 97, <em>Michbetsot Zahav<\/em> 14. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019\u00e9crivent, en d\u00e9fense de la position indulgente, le <em>Igrot Moch\u00e9, Ora\u2019h \u2018Ha\u00efm<\/em> IV 74, <em>Bichoul <\/em>6, le <em>Halikhot \u2018Olam <\/em>IV, <em>Bo<\/em> 12 et le <em>Or l\u00e9-Tsion<\/em> II 30, 16.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, le <em>Maguen Avraham<\/em> 318, 45 est rigoureux, m\u00eame en mati\u00e8re de Chabbat\u00a0; et c\u2019est la position que retiennent le <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 118 et le <em>Chemirat Chabbat Kehilkhata<\/em> 1, 64. Dans la mesure o\u00f9 la controverse porte sur une r\u00e8gle de rang toranique, il y a lieu de tenir compte de l\u2019opinion rigoureuse. Simplement, en pratique, il n\u2019y a lieu d\u2019\u00eatre rigoureux qu\u2019en ce qui concerne les \u00e9pices. En effet, tant qu\u2019un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment de doute s\u2019associe au premier, il y a mati\u00e8re \u00e0 indulgence, car on se trouve alors en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un <em>sfeq sfeqa<\/em> (doute ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 un autre doute).
