M\u00eame si le plat n\u2019est pas sur le feu, tant que sa cuisson n\u2019est pas achev\u00e9e et que sa temp\u00e9rature atteint le degr\u00e9 de <em>yad sol\u00e9det bo<\/em>, la Torah interdit de le remuer. De m\u00eame, nos ma\u00eetres interdisent d\u2019extraire des aliments d\u2019une marmite dont le contenu n\u2019est pas encore pr\u00eat \u00e0 la consommation (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que le mets n\u2019est pas encore <em>m\u00e9vouchal kol tsorko<\/em>, \u00ab\u00a0cuit \u00e0 sa suffisance\u00a0\u00bb), car cela imprimerait un mouvement \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la marmite, qui serait constitutif de l\u2019acte de remuer. M\u00eame apr\u00e8s que l\u2019on a \u00f4t\u00e9 la marmite de la plaque chauffante, d\u00e8s lors que la cuisson du plat n\u2019est pas encore achev\u00e9e, il est interdit d\u2019en retirer quelque morceau. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019apr\u00e8s le refroidissement du plat, quand sa temp\u00e9rature sera descendue en-de\u00e7\u00e0 de <em>yad sol\u00e9det bo<\/em>, qu\u2019il sera permis d\u2019en prendre les parties souhait\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Mais apr\u00e8s l\u2019ach\u00e8vement de la cuisson, quand le plat est propre \u00e0 \u00eatre consomm\u00e9, l\u2019interdit de cuisson ne s\u2019applique plus, et il devient permis de retirer de la marmite le morceau que l\u2019on d\u00e9sire<sup><a href='#_te01ftn10_g' id='_te01ftnref10_g' class='aup1'>[g]<\/a><\/sup> (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 318, 18). Tel est l\u2019usage de nombreux S\u00e9farades. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, il n\u2019y a pas lieu de remuer le plat tant qu\u2019il est sur le feu<sup><a href='#_te01ftn10_h' id='_te01ftnref10_h' class='aup1'>[h]<\/a><\/sup>, car cela ressemblerait \u00e0 l\u2019acte de cuire (<em>Yalqout Yossef<\/em> 318, 43).<\/p>\n<p>La coutume des Ashk\u00e9nazes et d\u2019une partie des S\u00e9farades est d\u2019\u00eatre plus rigoureux\u00a0: tant que le plat est pos\u00e9 sur la plaque chauffante, m\u00eame si sa cuisson est achev\u00e9e, on n\u2019en extrait a priori aucune partie. On retire d\u2019abord la marmite de la plaque, puis on extrait \u00e0 la louche les morceaux d\u00e9sir\u00e9s. Si l\u2019on veut ensuite remettre la marmite sur la plaque, il faut veiller \u00e0 l\u2019application des principes de la <em>ha\u2018hzara<\/em> (replacement), que nous \u00e9tudierons au paragraphe 19.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de besoin, ceux-l\u00e0 m\u00eame qui sont rigoureux permettent d\u2019extraire des aliments d\u2019un plat dont la cuisson est achev\u00e9e et qui se trouve encore sur le feu. Par exemple, nous verrons que, quand une marmite est plac\u00e9e sur un feu qui n\u2019est pas couvert, il devient interdit, d\u00e8s lors que l\u2019on \u00f4te cette marmite du feu, de l\u2019y replacer (\u00a7 19). Dans un tel cas, il est permis d\u2019extraire des morceaux de la marmite alors que celle-ci est encore sur le feu. En effet, l\u2019opinion principale, en halakha, est celle selon laquelle, d\u00e8s lors que la cuisson est achev\u00e9e, l\u2019interdit de <em>m\u00e9guis<\/em> ne s\u2019applique plus (<em>\u2018Hazon Ich <\/em>37, 15\u00a0; <em>Chemirat Chabbat Kehilkhata<\/em> 1, 38). Quant \u00e0 l\u2019eau, tous les avis admettent qu\u2019il est permis d\u2019en extraire de la bouilloire plac\u00e9e sur la <em>plata<\/em> (<em>Chemirat Chabbat Kehilkhata<\/em> 1, 39)<sup><a href='#_te01ftn10_11' id='_te01ftnref10_11' class='aup1'>[11]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref10_g' id='_te01ftn10_g'>[g]<\/a>. M\u00eame si la marmite se trouve encore sur la plaque.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref10_h' id='_te01ftn10_h'>[h]<\/a>. M\u00eame si la cuisson est termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref10_11' id='_te01ftn10_11'>[11]<\/a>. Ceux qui soutiennent la position rigoureuse ont coutume de tenir compte de l\u2019opinion du <em>Kolbo<\/em>, qui estime que, tant qu\u2019une casserole est pos\u00e9e sur une source de chaleur, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019un feu ou d\u2019une plaque, il est interdit toraniquement d\u2019en remuer le contenu. Bien que les propos du <em>Kolbo <\/em>pr\u00eatent \u00e0 interrogation, et que les autres Richonim ne s\u2019accordent pas avec lui sur ce point, on tient compte a priori de son avis. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019\u00e9crivent le <em>Rav Pe\u2019alim<\/em> III 45 et le <em>Or l\u00e9-Tsion<\/em> II 30, 15.
