La personne prise de boisson, les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions et Arvit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nous l\u2019avons vu, <em>chatou\u00ef<\/em> se dit de la personne qui ressent l\u2019influence de l\u2019alcool, et \u00e0 qui il est difficile de se concentrer, de focaliser sa pens\u00e9e, mais qui serait encore capable de parler devant un roi. Quant au <em>chikor<\/em>, c\u2019est celui qui a beaucoup bu, au point qu\u2019il ne pourrait parler convenablement devant un roi.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019un et l\u2019autre peuvent r\u00e9citer les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions de jouissance (<em>birkot han\u00e9h\u00e9nin<\/em>). Bien que, a priori, une personne ivre (<em>chikor<\/em>) ne puisse prononcer les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions, il lui est permis de prononcer celles qui, si elles n\u2019\u00e9taient r\u00e9cit\u00e9es maintenant, ne pourraient plus \u00eatre r\u00e9cit\u00e9es ensuite (<em>berakhot ch\u00e9zmanan \u2018over<\/em>). Aussi un <em>chikor<\/em> peut-il dire, le jour de Pourim, les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions de jouissance, ainsi que le <em>Birkat hamazon<\/em> et la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Acher yatsar<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Mais les lois de la pri\u00e8re sont plus rigoureuses. Si l\u2019on a termin\u00e9 son festin, et que l\u2019heure de la pri\u00e8re d\u2019Arvit soit arriv\u00e9e, alors que l\u2019on est <em>chikor<\/em> ou <em>chatou\u00ef<\/em>, on attendra de se d\u00e9griser, puis on priera en ayant recouvr\u00e9 sa lucidit\u00e9. Quelle conduite suivre dans le cas o\u00f9 se tient un office public, et o\u00f9, si l\u2019on ne s\u2019y joignait pas, on perdrait le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la pri\u00e8re en <em>minyan<\/em>\u00a0? Dans le cas o\u00f9 l\u2019on n\u2019est que <em>chatou\u00ef<\/em>, on se joindra au <em>minyan<\/em> en suivant la pri\u00e8re dans son <em>sidour <\/em>(livre de pri\u00e8res) car, a posteriori, la \u2018Amida r\u00e9cit\u00e9e par le <em>chatou\u00ef <\/em>est valide. Mais si l\u2019on est <em>chikor<\/em>, on ne pourra s\u2019y joindre, car la \u2018Amida dite par le <em>chikor<\/em> est invalide, et consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une abomination (<em>to\u2019\u00e9va<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on ressent une grande fatigue, et qu\u2019il soit \u00e0 craindre que, sauf \u00e0 prier imm\u00e9diatement, on s\u2019endorme et que l\u2019on manque de faire la pri\u00e8re d\u2019Arvit, on pourra dire toute la pri\u00e8re, si l\u2019on est <em>chatou\u00ef<\/em>, tandis que, si l\u2019on est <em>chikor<\/em>, on ne dira que le Ch\u00e9ma Isra\u00ebl sans ses b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 se rendre quitte de l\u2019obligation de r\u00e9citer le Ch\u00e9ma, qui est toranique\u00a0; on ne pourra dire ni les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions du Ch\u00e9ma ni la \u2018Amida. M\u00eame si l\u2019on est surpris par le sommeil sans avoir eu le temps de r\u00e9citer la \u2018Amida, on n\u2019aura point commis de faute, puisque l\u2019on se sera enivr\u00e9 au nom du Ciel, et que celui qui se livre \u00e0 une mitsva est dispens\u00e9 d\u2019une autre. Le lendemain, on compensera la pri\u00e8re manqu\u00e9e, en r\u00e9citant d\u2019abord la \u2018Amida de Cha\u2019harit, puis en ajoutant une seconde \u2018Amida au titre de <em>Tachloumin<\/em> (pri\u00e8re de \u00ab\u00a0rattrapage\u00a0\u00bb) pour \u2018Arvit.<\/p>\n<p>Il semble que, lorsqu\u2019on a un doute quant au fait de savoir si l\u2019on est <em>chatou\u00ef <\/em>ou <em>chikor<\/em>, on puisse \u00eatre indulgent \u00e0 Pourim, et r\u00e9citer la \u2018Amida. En effet, \u00e0 Pourim, un roi lui-m\u00eame accueillerait de bonne humeur les personnes prises de boisson, puisque telle est la mitsva du jour<sup><a href='#_te01ftn16_17' id='_te01ftnref16_17' class='aup1'>[17]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref16_17' id='_te01ftn16_17'>[17]<\/a>. Sur le statut de <em>chikor<\/em> et de <em>chatou\u00ef<\/em>, cf. <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> et Rama, <em>Ora\u2019h \u2018Ha\u00efm<\/em> 99, <em>Michna Beroura <\/em>ad loc. et <em>La Pri\u00e8re d\u2019Isra\u00ebl<\/em> 5, 11, ainsi que 18, 8-10 sur la pri\u00e8re de <em>Tachloumin<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La permission donn\u00e9e au <em>chatou\u00ef<\/em> de r\u00e9citer la \u2018Amida lorsque l\u2019heure limite est sur le point de passer est expliqu\u00e9e par le <em>Yam Chel Chelomo<\/em> cit\u00e9 par le <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 99, 3 et 17. Le Rama, lui aussi, est indulgent dans le cas o\u00f9 l\u2019on a bu la mesure d\u2019un <em>revi\u2019it<\/em> de vin\u00a0: soit parce que, de nos jours, les vins sont plus l\u00e9gers que jadis, soit parce que, de nos jours, on prie en s\u2019aidant d\u2019un <em>sidour<\/em>.
