Cette position suit la version de la Gu\u00e9mara selon laquelle les disciples de Rabbi Aqiba moururent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <em>pros \u2018ats\u00e9ret<\/em>, ce que l\u2019on comprend ici comme \u00ab\u00a0quinze jours avant la f\u00eate de Chavou\u2019ot\u00a0\u00bb, de sorte que les usages de deuil doivent se poursuivre jusqu\u2019au trente-quatri\u00e8me jour de l\u2019<em>omer<\/em>. Simplement, comme pour un deuil de sept jours, une partie du jour est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9\u00a0: d\u00e8s lors que l\u2019endeuill\u00e9 est quelque peu rest\u00e9 assis sur le sol au d\u00e9but du septi\u00e8me jour, il s\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquitt\u00e9 du deuil de ce septi\u00e8me jour, et peut se relever de son deuil. La r\u00e8gle est la m\u00eame quant aux usages de deuil de l\u2019<em>omer<\/em>. Par cons\u00e9quent, il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019attendre la fin du trente-quatri\u00e8me jour\u00a0: d\u00e8s le matin de ce jour, puisque quelques instants sont pass\u00e9s depuis le lever de l\u2019aube, ce fragment de jour est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme sa totalit\u00e9, et tous les usages de deuil s\u2019ach\u00e8vent.<\/p>\n<p>Certes, le trente-troisi\u00e8me jour (Lag ba\u2019omer), il est permis de chanter, de jouer de la musique et de danser en l\u2019honneur de la <em>hiloula<\/em> (anniversaire du d\u00e9c\u00e8s) de Rabbi Chimon bar Yo\u2019ha\u00ef. Mais les autres usages de deuil restent en vigueur, et il est interdit, suivant cette coutume, de se marier et de se faire couper les cheveux \u00e0 Lag ba\u2019omer. Quand s\u2019ach\u00e8ve le trente-troisi\u00e8me jour, il est interdit, dans la nuit du trente-quatri\u00e8me, de jouer de la musique et de danser. Et quand vient le matin du trente-quatri\u00e8me, tous les usages de deuil prennent fin. (S\u2019agissant de se faire couper les cheveux, ceux qui suivent les coutumes de Rabbi Isaac Louria sont rigoureux, et attendent la veille de Chavou\u2019ot, comme le rapporte le <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 493, 13).<\/p>\n<p>Dans certaines communaut\u00e9s s\u00e9farades, tous les usages de deuil prennent fin \u00e0 Lag ba\u2019omer. Telle est la coutume de Turquie et d\u2019Egypte. Il est vrai que la coutume s\u00e9farade la plus r\u00e9pandue, de nos jours en Isra\u00ebl, n\u2019est pas celle-l\u00e0\u00a0; mais quand il est grandement n\u00e9cessaire de trouver une possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019indulgence, \u00e0 Lag ba\u2019omer ou dans la nuit du trente-quatri\u00e8me jour, il y a lieu de poser une question \u00e0 un ma\u00eetre de Torah<sup><a href='#_te01ftn3_3' id='_te01ftnref3_3' class='aup1'>[3]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref3_3' id='_te01ftn3_3'>[3]<\/a>. La coutume s\u00e9farade est expos\u00e9e par le <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 493, 1-2. Ci-dessus, \u00a7 2 (troisi\u00e8me coutume), nous avons vu sur quoi se base cet usage\u00a0: sur la version de la Gu\u00e9mara parlant de <em>pros \u2018ats\u00e9ret<\/em>, expression qui, explique-t-on, d\u00e9signe la p\u00e9riode allant jusqu\u2019au trente-quatri\u00e8me jour.<\/p>\n<p>Certes, de l\u2019avis de plusieurs grands d\u00e9cisionnaires s\u00e9farades, les usages de deuil s\u2019ach\u00e8vent d\u00e8s Lag ba\u2019omer\u00a0; c\u2019est ce qu\u2019\u00e9crivent Rabbi Ya\u2019aqov Castro et le Rav Y. Raqa\u2019h, lequel explique que <em>pros <\/em>ne d\u00e9signe pas n\u00e9cessairement la moiti\u00e9 exacte d\u2019un mois. Le <em>Cheyar\u00e9 Knesset Haguedola, Hagahot Beit Yossef<\/em> 493, 3, rapporte ainsi que l\u2019on a coutume, \u00e0 Constantinople, de se marier \u00e0 Lag ba\u2019omer. C\u2019est aussi ce qu\u2019\u00e9crivent le <em>Peri \u2018Hadach<\/em>, le <em>Nehar Mitsra\u00efm<\/em> et d\u2019autres. Toutefois, l\u2019usage g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement observ\u00e9 est celui du <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em>, et c\u2019est en ce sens que tranchent le <em>Ye\u2019hav\u00e9 Da\u2019at<\/em> III 31 et le <em>Yabia\u2019 Omer<\/em> III, <em>Ora\u2019h \u2018Ha\u00efm <\/em>26, 4. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, dans les cas de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pressante ou de perte financi\u00e8re, il y a lieu d\u2019\u00eatre indulgent, si l\u2019on obtient d\u2019une autorit\u00e9 rabbinique une r\u00e9ponse en ce sens. C\u2019est en ce sens que s\u2019exprime le <em>Yabia\u2019 Omer<\/em> V 38. Cela vaut en particulier pour ceux qui sont originaires de communaut\u00e9s o\u00f9 l\u2019on avait coutume d\u2019\u00eatre indulgent \u00e0 Lag ba\u2019omer, notamment les originaires de Turquie. (Pour la nuit du trente-quatri\u00e8me jour, on peut associer aux facteurs d\u2019indulgence l\u2019opinion de Na\u2019hmanide, selon lequel une petite partie de la nuit peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme l\u2019ensemble de la journ\u00e9e\u00a0; cf. ci-apr\u00e8s, note 5).<\/p>\n<p>Selon le Radbaz et le <em>Peri \u2018Hadach<\/em>, si l\u2019on n\u2019a pas encore accompli la mitsva de procr\u00e9er (<em>peria ourvia<\/em>), il n\u2019y a aucune interdiction de se marier pendant ces jours. Telle est aussi la coutume du Y\u00e9men (<em>Chtil\u00e9 Zeitim<\/em> 493, 4, Maharits II 111).
