Danses et instruments de musique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Puisque l\u2019on a pris l\u2019usage, durant la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019<em>omer<\/em>, de ne pas organiser de r\u00e9unions trop joyeuses, les A\u2019haronim \u00e9crivent qu\u2019il faut interdire, \u00e0 ce titre, les rondes et danses facultatives (par opposition aux danses faites \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une mitsva\u00a0; <em>Maguen Avraham<\/em> 493, 1). De m\u00eame, on a coutume d\u2019interdire de jouer des instruments de musique et de les \u00e9couter.<\/p>\n<p>Suivant la coutume s\u00e9farade, quoique les jours de deuil se poursuivent jusqu\u2019au trente-quatri\u00e8me jour au matin, il est permis, \u00e0 Lag ba\u2019omer, en l\u2019honneur de la <em>hiloula<\/em> de Rabbi Chimon bar Yo\u2019ha\u00ef, de jouer de la musique et de danser. Apr\u00e8s Lag ba\u2019omer, l\u2019interdit reprend dans la nuit du trente-quatri\u00e8me jour, puis, d\u00e8s apr\u00e8s le commencement de la matin\u00e9e, les usages de deuil prennent fin.<\/p>\n<p>Suivant la coutume ashk\u00e9naze, l\u2019interdit court jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019expiration du trente-deuxi\u00e8me jour de l\u2019<em>omer<\/em>\u00a0; et d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de Lag ba\u2019omer, il devient permis de jouer de la musique, de danser et de se r\u00e9jouir en l\u2019honneur de la hiloula de Rabbi Chimon bar Yo\u2019ha\u00ef. Apr\u00e8s cela, la coutume observ\u00e9e par la majorit\u00e9 des Ashk\u00e9nazes est de s\u2019abstenir, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Chavou\u2019ot, d\u2019organiser de grandes r\u00e9unions joyeuses, telles qu\u2019une r\u00e9ception donn\u00e9e pour la cl\u00f4ture de l\u2019\u00e9tude d\u2019un trait\u00e9 talmudique, si cette r\u00e9union prend un caract\u00e8re festif, ou de joyeuses soir\u00e9es de danse. Il est en revanche permis de jouer ou d\u2019\u00e9couter des instruments de musique. Un groupe d\u2019a\u00e9robic, dont le propos essentiel est l\u2019entra\u00eenement gymnastique, peut tenir ses s\u00e9ances, m\u00eame avant Lag ba\u2019omer. Mais on s\u2019efforcera d\u2019att\u00e9nuer le volume sonore de la musique, afin qu\u2019il soit reconnaissable que le propos est ici de s\u2019entra\u00eener et non de se r\u00e9jouir<sup><a href='#_te01ftn3_10' id='_te01ftnref3_10' class='aup1'>[10]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed, jours interm\u00e9diaires de la f\u00eate de Pessa\u2019h, on a coutume de jouer de la musique et de danser, car c\u2019est une mitsva que de se r\u00e9jouir \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed (<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 529, 16\u00a0; cf. <em>Pisq\u00e9 Techouvot<\/em> 493, 6). Simplement, on ne c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pas de mariage \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed, car nous avons pour principe halakhique que <em>l\u2019on ne m\u00e9lange pas une joie \u00e0 une autre<\/em> (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh, Ora\u2019h \u2018Ha\u00efm<\/em> 546, 1). De m\u00eame, si nos sages ont interdit de se couper les cheveux \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed, c\u2019est afin qu\u2019on se les fasse couper avant la f\u00eate (ibid. 531, 2).<\/p>\n<p>Il est permis \u00e0 un Juif qui tire sa subsistance de la pratique instrumentale de jouer de son instrument dans le cadre de f\u00eates des non-Juifs, pour les besoins de sa subsistance. De m\u00eame, il est permis d\u2019apprendre et d\u2019enseigner son instrument, durant l\u2019<em>omer<\/em>, puisque cet apprentissage n\u2019est pas source de joie (<em>Sidour Pessa\u2019h Kehilkhato<\/em> 12, 16\u00a0; cf. <em>Pisq\u00e9 Techouvot<\/em> 493, 4). Mais si l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve n\u2019a de toute fa\u00e7on pas l\u2019habitude d\u2019\u00e9tudier son instrument de fa\u00e7on continue tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, il sera bon, si possible, de programmer les vacances de cette activit\u00e9 pendant le deuil de l\u2019<em>omer<\/em>. Si l\u2019on ne pr\u00e9voit qu\u2019une seule p\u00e9riode de pause au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, il sera pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de la programmer pendant les trois semaines (cf. ci-apr\u00e8s chap. 8 \u00a7 2).<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref3_10' id='_te01ftn3_10'>[10]<\/a>. Les A\u2019haronim du monde ashk\u00e9naze ont parfois h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 autoriser les grandes r\u00e9unions joyeuses, au-del\u00e0 des trente-trois jours o\u00f9 l\u2019on observe l\u2019essentiel des usages de deuil. Ils ont \u00e9galement \u00e9mis des doutes quant aux jours compris entre Roch \u2018hodech sivan et la f\u00eate de Chavou\u2019ot, comme l\u2019indique le <em>Cha\u2019ar Hatsioun<\/em> 493, 4 au nom du <em>Elya Rabba<\/em> et du <em>Peri M\u00e9gadim<\/em>, et comme le rapporte le <em>Sidour Pessa\u2019h Kehilkhato<\/em> 12, note 50. Le Rav Chelomo Zalman Auerbach et le Rav Wozner l\u2019interdisent (<em>Pisq\u00e9 Techouvot<\/em> 493, 6, 43). Bien que la coutume, en terre d\u2019Isra\u00ebl, soit d\u2019autoriser les mariages apr\u00e8s Roch \u2018hodech sivan, il y a lieu, quant aux danses et rondes facultatives (par opposition \u00e0 celles que l\u2019on fait \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une mitsva), d\u2019\u00eatre rigoureux pendant toute la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019<em>omer<\/em>. Le fait de poursuivre des usages de deuil apr\u00e8s Lag ba\u2019omer repose sur deux fondements\u00a0: premi\u00e8rement, la tradition selon laquelle les disciples de Rabbi Aqiba moururent durant toute la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019<em>omer<\/em>, ou durant tous les jours profanes de cette p\u00e9riode\u00a0; deuxi\u00e8mement, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements dramatiques qui frapp\u00e8rent les communaut\u00e9s d\u2019Allemagne durant cette p\u00e9riode. Simplement, on a coutume d\u2019\u00eatre plus rigoureux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Lag ba\u2019omer, et moins ensuite. Tout cela est expliqu\u00e9 ci-dessus, \u00a7 2 et 4, et dans les notes 2 et 4.<\/p>\n<p>La distinction entre grande r\u00e9union joyeuse et r\u00e9union joyeuse ordinaire n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s d\u00e9finie. Les soir\u00e9es de danse sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme de grandes r\u00e9unions joyeuses, de m\u00eame qu\u2019une cl\u00f4ture de trait\u00e9 talmudique, quand elle prend un caract\u00e8re festif. Quand la chose est douteuse, on pourra \u00eatre indulgent si l\u2019on associe au th\u00e8me de la r\u00e9union la cl\u00f4ture d\u2019un trait\u00e9, ou quelque autre mitsva.<\/p>\n<p>Suivant les coutumes s\u00e9farades, tout est permis\u00a0; quand, parmi le groupe, se trouvent de nombreux S\u00e9farades, on pourra tendre \u00e0 l\u2019indulgence, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 leur tradition.
