Et si l\u2019on y retournait imm\u00e9diatement, on serait comparable \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0un chien retournant \u00e0 sa vomissure\u00a0\u00bb (<em>Yoma <\/em>53a). Car regagner imm\u00e9diatement la m\u00eame place apr\u00e8s avoir pris cong\u00e9 du Roi reviendrait \u00e0 retourner devant Lui sans aucun acte<sup><a href='#_te01ftn17_e' id='_te01ftnref17_e' class='aup1'>[e]<\/a><\/sup>. Ce faisant, on montrerait son incompr\u00e9hension de ce que, durant la \u2018Amida, on se tenait devant le Roi, et de ce qu\u2019en reculant de trois pas on a \u00ab\u00a0pris cong\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de Lui. Par cons\u00e9quent, un tel retour pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 aurait un caract\u00e8re inconvenant<sup><a href='#_te01ftn17_f' id='_te01ftnref17_f' class='aup1'>[f]<\/a><\/sup>. Certains font une erreur suppl\u00e9mentaire\u00a0: apr\u00e8s avoir regagn\u00e9 leur place, ils se hissent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur leurs pieds, comme on le fait pour la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em>\u00a0: il n\u2019y a \u00e0 cela aucune raison.<\/p>\n<p>A priori, on se tient \u00e0 l\u2019endroit que l\u2019on a atteint en reculant de trois pas, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019officiant arrive \u00e0 la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em>, ou \u00e0 tout le moins jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019officiant commence la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de la \u2018Amida (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 123, 2). Selon la majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisionnaires, il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de rester pieds joints apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 de dire <em>Oss\u00e9 chalom\u2026<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0Celui qui fait r\u00e9gner la paix dans ses cieux, que par Sa mis\u00e9ricorde Il instaure la paix sur nous et sur tout Son peuple Isra\u00ebl, et dites amen\u00a0\u00bb) (<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 123, 6, <em>B\u00e9our Halakha<\/em> et <em>Chaar Hatsioun<\/em> ad loc.). D\u2019autres disent qu\u2019il est bon de rester pieds joints jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019on revienne \u00e0 sa place (<em>Qtsot Ha\u2019hochen<\/em> 18, 13. Le <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 123, 11 mentionne les deux opinions).<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si l\u2019on prie seul, il convient de ne pas revenir imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 sa place, mais d\u2019attendre, \u00e0 l\u2019endroit que l\u2019on a atteint apr\u00e8s avoir recul\u00e9 de trois pas, un temps \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 celui que mettrait un officiant pour arriver \u00e0 la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire environ une demi-minute. En cas de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 imp\u00e9rieuse, si l\u2019on est contraint de revenir \u00e0 sa place, on attendra un temps \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 celui que l\u2019on met pour parcourir quatre coud\u00e9es (environ deux m\u00e8tres), et l\u2019on pourra revenir \u00e0 sa place (<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 123, 11). Quant \u00e0 l\u2019officiant qui doit commencer la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de la \u2018Amida, il pourra, m\u00eame a priori, se contenter d\u2019attendre, pour revenir \u00e0 sa place, un temps \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 celui que l\u2019on met pour parcourir quatre coud\u00e9es. En effet, pour le coup, il s\u2019avance \u00e0 nouveau dans le dessein de pr\u00e9senter sa pri\u00e8re, puisqu\u2019il s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 dire la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de la \u2018Amida (Rama 123, 2). De m\u00eame, celui qui doit dire la \u2018Amida deux fois de suite, au titre de <em>Tachloumin<\/em><sup><a href='#_te01ftn17_g' id='_te01ftnref17_g' class='aup1'>[g]<\/a><\/sup>, se contentera d\u2019attendre le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour parcourir quatre <em>amot<\/em>, puis reviendra \u00e0 sa place pour la seconde \u2018Amida (<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 123, 11).<\/p>\n<p>A la fin de sa r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, l\u2019officiant n\u2019a pas besoin de revenir trois pas en arri\u00e8re, car la conclusion v\u00e9ritable de sa pri\u00e8re est constitu\u00e9e par le Qaddich Titqabal<sup><a href='#_te01ftn17_h' id='_te01ftnref17_h' class='aup1'>[h]<\/a><\/sup>, dans lequel il demande que soient agr\u00e9\u00e9es nos pri\u00e8res et nos demandes. A la fin de ce Qaddich, l\u2019officiant recule de trois pas et dit <em>Oss\u00e9 chalom\u2026<\/em>\u00a0(<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 123, 5). Bien qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019office du matin on r\u00e9cite pr\u00e9lablement <em>Ta\u2019hanoun<\/em><sup><a href='#_te01ftn17_i' id='_te01ftnref17_i' class='aup1'>[i]<\/a><\/sup>, <em>Achr\u00e9<\/em> et <em>Ouva l\u00e9-Tsion<sup><a href='#_te01ftn17_j' id='_te01ftnref17_j' class='aup1'>[j]<\/a><\/sup><\/em>, ainsi que la lecture de la Torah les lundis et jeudis, ce n\u2019est n\u00e9anoins que lors du Qaddich Titqabal, qui se dit apr\u00e8s <em>Ouva l\u00e9-Tsion<\/em>, que l\u2019officiant est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u00ab\u00a0prenant cong\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de la \u2018Amida. Aussi l\u2019officiant doit-il avoir soin de ne pas parler entre la fin de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de la \u2018Amida et la fin du Qaddich Titqabal (<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 123, 18).<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref17_e' id='_te01ftn17_e'>[e]<\/a>. Sans se livrer de nouveau \u00e0 la pri\u00e8re par excellence qu\u2019est la \u2018Amida.<\/li>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref17_f' id='_te01ftn17_f'>[f]<\/a>. Le retour pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 \u00e0 la place m\u00eame o\u00f9 l\u2019on se tenait durant la \u2018Amida r\u00e9v\u00e8le que l\u2019on n\u2019avait pas conscience du caract\u00e8re de sa station\u00a0; c\u2019est comme si l\u2019on avait rendu celle-ci profane. R\u00e9troactivement, cela conf\u00e8re donc une connotation profane \u00e0 la \u2018Amida que l\u2019on vient de faire, d\u2019o\u00f9 la rude observation d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciative rapport\u00e9e par le Talmud.<\/li>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref17_g' id='_te01ftn17_g'>[g]<\/a>. Lorsque, par contrainte ou oubli, on a manqu\u00e9 de r\u00e9citer l\u2019une des trois pri\u00e8res quotidiennes, on dit \u00e0 l\u2019office suivant une \u2018Amida suppl\u00e9mentaire en guise de <em>Tachloumin<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0remboursement\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0remplacement\u00a0\u00bb).
