L\u2019essentiel de la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em> r\u00e9side dans le fait de r\u00e9pondre <em>Qadoch, qadoch, qadoch, Ado-na\u00ef Ts\u00e9va-ot, melo khol haarets kevodo <\/em>(\u00ab\u00a0Saint, saint, saint est l\u2019Eternel, Dieu des L\u00e9gions, toute la terre est emplie de Sa gloire\u00a0\u00bb, Is 6, 3), et <em>Baroukh kevod Ado-na\u00ef mimeqomo<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0B\u00e9nie soit la gloire de l\u2019Eternel depuis son Lieu\u00a0\u00bb, Ez 3, 12). Jadis, il \u00e9tait d\u2019usage que l\u2019officiant lise seul les phrases de transition entre les passages dits en ch\u0153ur par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e, tandis que celle-ci r\u00e9pondait par les versets <em>Qadoch\u2026<\/em>, <em>Baroukh\u2026<\/em>, et <em>Yimlokh Ado-na\u00ef l\u00e9\u2019olam, Elo-ha\u00efkh Tsion l\u00e9dor vador, All\u00e9luia <\/em>(\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019Eternel r\u00e9gnera \u00e0 jamais, ton Dieu, Sion, d\u2019\u00e2ge en \u00e2ge, All\u00e9luia\u00a0\u00bb, Ps 146, 10) (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 125, 1). De nos jours, l\u2019usage veut, suivant la voie de Rabbi Isaac Louria, de m\u00e9moire b\u00e9nie, que l\u2019assembl\u00e9e dise, elle aussi, les phrases de transition, apr\u00e8s quoi l\u2019officiant les prononce \u00e0 voix haute\u00a0; puis l\u2019assembl\u00e9e lui r\u00e9pond par les versets de la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em> (<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 125, 2, <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 2).<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9cisionnaires sont partag\u00e9s quant au point de savoir si le verset <em>Yimlokh<\/em> est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 lui aussi comme faisant partie int\u00e9grante de la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em>, ou s\u2019il doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l\u2019une des phrases de transition prononc\u00e9es par l\u2019officiant. La cons\u00e9quence pratique de cette controverse est que, si ce verset doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme faisant partie de la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em>, le fid\u00e8le qui se trouverait au milieu des b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions du Ch\u00e9ma et qui entendrait la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em> devrait r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019officiant, non seulement par les deux premiers versets de celle-ci (<em>Qadoch<\/em> et <em>Baroukh<\/em>), mais \u00e9galement par <em>Yimlokh<\/em>. Si, en revanche, ce verset ne doit pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme appartenant \u00e0 la partie essentielle de la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em>, celui qui se trouverait au milieu des b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions du Ch\u00e9ma n\u2019aurait \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre que <em>Qadoch<\/em> et <em>Baroukh<\/em><sup><a href='#_te01ftn19_6' id='_te01ftnref19_6' class='aup1'>[6]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Au total, pendant l\u2019office de Cha\u2019harit, on dit trois fois la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em>\u00a0: durant la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Yotser or<\/em> (premi\u00e8re des b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions du Ch\u00e9ma), durant la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de la \u2018Amida, et pendant <em>Ouva l\u00e9-Tsion <\/em>(cf. chap. 23 \u00a7 2). Mais les d\u00e9cisionnaires divergent sur la question suivante\u00a0: les r\u00e8gles de la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em> s\u2019appliquent-elles, non seulement \u00e0 la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em> de la \u2018Amida, mais encore \u00e0 celles de <em>Yotser or<\/em> et d\u2019<em>Ouva l\u00e9-Tsion\u00a0<\/em>? Par cons\u00e9quent, est-il obligatoire ou non de r\u00e9citer la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em> dans le cadre d\u2019un minyan \u00e0 ces deux occasions \u00e9galement\u00a0? En pratique, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu\u2019il \u00e9tait permis de r\u00e9citer seul ces passages. Pour lever le doute, il est bon que le particulier les chante selon la m\u00e9lodie traditionnelle des <em>t\u00e9amim<\/em> (signes musicaux), comme s\u2019il lisait la Torah (voir chapitres 16 \u00a7 4 et 23 \u00a7 2). En revanche, la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em> que l\u2019on r\u00e9cite pendant la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de la \u2018Amida constitue la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em> par excellence\u00a0: on ne la r\u00e9cite qu\u2019en minyan.<\/p>\n<p>Il est bon de se tenir debout, pieds joints, pendant la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em>, car nous la pronon\u00e7ons sur le mod\u00e8le des anges dont les jambes sont jointes, au point qu\u2019elles semblent constituer une seule et m\u00eame jambe (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 125, 2). Certains ont soin d\u2019ajouter un suppl\u00e9ment de perfection, en restant pieds joints jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Ha E-l haqadoch<\/em> (<em>Elya Rabba<\/em> 125, 6). Cela n\u2019est toutefois pas obligatoire, et nombreux parmi les grands ma\u00eetres d\u2019Isra\u00ebl ont coutume de ne pas \u00eatre rigoureux en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>On a coutume de sur\u00e9lever un peu les talons quand on dit <em>Qadoch, qadoch, qadoch<\/em>, ainsi que <em>Baroukh<\/em> et <em>Yimlokh<\/em>, et d\u2019\u00e9lever les yeux, paupi\u00e8res closes, afin d\u2019exprimer sa volont\u00e9 de s\u2019\u00e9lever et de tendre vers les hauteurs. La source de cette coutume se trouve dans le Midrach (<em>Beit Yossef<\/em> et Rama 125, 2, <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 6, <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> paragraphes 2 et 9).<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref19_6' id='_te01ftn19_6'>[6]<\/a>. Le <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 125, 1 mentionne les deux opinions et, en 66, 17, \u00e9crit en pratique que l\u2019on ne r\u00e9pond pas <em>Yimlokh <\/em>quand on se trouve au milieu des b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions du Ch\u00e9ma, car telle est l\u2019opinion de la majorit\u00e9 des A\u2019haronim. C\u2019est aussi en ce sens que tranche le <em>Ye\u2019hav\u00e9 Da\u2019at<\/em> 6, 3. C\u2019est \u00e9galement la r\u00e8gle qui s\u2019applique lorsqu\u2019on en est \u00e0 la supplication qui se trouve \u00e0 la fin de la \u2018Amida (<em>Elo-ha\u00ef netsor<\/em>, \u00ab\u00a0Mon Dieu, pr\u00e9serve ma langue du mal\u2026\u00a0\u00bb), comme l\u2019explique le <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 122, 4. Toutefois, selon le <em>\u2018Aroukh Hachoul\u2019han<\/em> 66, 6, il n\u2019y a rien de d\u00e9cisif en la mati\u00e8re, et l\u2019on peut opter pour l\u2019attitude de son choix. Le <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 66, 18, apr\u00e8s avoir cit\u00e9 de nombreux A\u2019haronim qui pensent que <em>Yimlokh<\/em> ne s\u2019inscrit pas dans la partie essentielle de la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em>, dit que la conception d\u00e9cisive \u00e0 ce sujet est conforme au <em>Chaar Hakavanot<\/em>, qui laisse entendre que <em>Yimlokh<\/em> fait partie de la <em>Q\u00e9doucha<\/em>. C\u2019est aussi en ce sens que statue le <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> en 122, 1 et 124, 17. Autre cons\u00e9quence pratique de cette discussion\u00a0: si l\u2019on se trouve au milieu de la \u2018Amida, faut-il se taire \u00e9galement quand on entend <em>Yimlokh<\/em>?
