{"id":2212,"date":"2016-02-19T00:08:58","date_gmt":"2016-02-18T22:08:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/fr\/?p=2212"},"modified":"2017-08-14T10:04:38","modified_gmt":"2017-08-14T07:04:38","slug":"02-19-08","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ph.yhb.org.il\/fr\/02-19-08\/","title":{"rendered":"08 \u2013 <em>Modim derabbanan<\/em>\u00a0; autres r\u00e8gles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lorsque l\u2019officiant arrive \u00e0 la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Modim<\/em> (b\u00e9n\u00e9diction de la reconnaissance), toute l\u2019assembl\u00e9e se prosterne avec lui et r\u00e9cite le <em>Modim derabbanan<\/em>, dont le texte diff\u00e8re du <em>Modim<\/em> principal, comme l\u2019explique le Talmud (<em>Sota<\/em> 40a).<\/p>\n<p>Toute l\u2019assembl\u00e9e se prosterne pour le <em>Modim derabbanan<\/em>, et cette prosternation se fait de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que celle du <em>Modim <\/em>de la \u2018Amida r\u00e9cit\u00e9e \u00e0 voix basse (<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 127, 2, <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 1\u00a0; cf. ci-dessus, chap. 17 \u00a7 6).<\/p>\n<p>Certains disent que l\u2019on doit \u00e9galement se prosterner quand on termine de dire le <em>Modim derabbanan<\/em>. D\u2019autres encore pensent qu\u2019il est souhaitable de dire l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du <em>Modim derabbanan<\/em> courb\u00e9. Mais l\u2019usage r\u00e9pandu est de ne se prosterner qu\u2019au d\u00e9but, et tel doit \u00eatre l\u2019usage selon Rabbi Isaac Louria (cf. <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> et Rama 127, 1\u00a0; <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 10).<\/p>\n<p>Dans la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition d\u2019une \u2018Amida qui aurait normalement requis la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction sacerdotale (<em>Birkat Cohanim<\/em>), telle que Cha\u2019harit, Moussaf, ou encore Min\u2019ha des jours de je\u00fbne, l\u2019officiant dit, s\u2019il ne se trouve pas de Cohen pour b\u00e9nir l\u2019assembl\u00e9e, une pri\u00e8re br\u00e8ve \u00e0 la place de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction sacerdotale. L\u2019assembl\u00e9e r\u00e9pond <em>ken yehi ratson <\/em>(\u00ab\u00a0que telle soit Ta volont\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>Il existe deux versions de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction de la paix\u00a0: <em>Sim chalom\u2026 <\/em>(\u00ab\u00a0Instaure la paix\u2026\u00a0\u00bb) et <em>Chalom rav\u2026 <\/em>(\u00ab\u00a0Une grande paix\u2026\u00a0\u00bb). Selon l\u2019usage s\u00e9farade et <em>sfard<\/em> (rituel conforme \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement de Rabbi Isaac Louria), on dit <em>Sim chalom<\/em> \u00e0 chaque \u2018Amida. Selon l\u2019usage ashk\u00e9naze, pour une \u2018Amida o\u00f9 la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction sacerdotale est normalement requise, on dit <em>Sim chalom<\/em>\u00a0; quand la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction sacerdotale n\u2019est pas requise, on dit <em>Chalom rav<\/em>. Si l\u2019on a substitu\u00e9 un texte \u00e0 l\u2019autre par erreur, on est quitte (Rama 127, 2, <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 13, <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 24)<sup><a href='#_te01ftn19_8' id='_te01ftnref19_8' class='aup1'>[8]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019officiant s\u2019est troubl\u00e9 au point de ne plus pouvoir continuer sa r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, on attend qu\u2019il se reprenne, et s\u2019il ne r\u00e9ussit d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment pas \u00e0 poursuivre, on d\u00e9signe un rempla\u00e7ant. Si l\u2019incident s\u2019est produit dans l\u2019une des b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions m\u00e9dianes, le second officiant reprend \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re de ces b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions. Et s\u2019il s\u2019est agi de l\u2019une des trois premi\u00e8res ou des trois derni\u00e8res b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions, le second officiant reprend \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re de cette s\u00e9rie de trois b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 126, 1-2)<sup><a href='#_te01ftn19_9' id='_te01ftnref19_9' class='aup1'>[9]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref19_8' id='_te01ftn19_8'>[8]<\/a>. Selon le <em>B\u00e9our Halakha<\/em> 127, 2 (\u05d0\u05d1\u05dc), si l\u2019on s\u2019aper\u00e7oit, \u00e0 Cha\u2019harit, au milieu de cette b\u00e9n\u00e9diction, que l\u2019on est en train de dire la version commen\u00e7ant par <em>Chalom rav<\/em>, on se reprend, tant que l\u2019on n\u2019a pas conclu cette b\u00e9n\u00e9diction par sa formule finale (<em>Baroukh Ata\u2026<\/em>). En effet, la version <em>Chalom rav<\/em> est plus courte, et il y manque donc certaines paroles que l\u2019on dit dans la version <em>Sim chalom<\/em>. En revanche, si l\u2019erreur a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 dire <em>Sim chalom<\/em> le soir, et que l\u2019on s\u2019en souvienne au milieu de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction, il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de se reprendre, puisque cette version \u00ab\u00a0inclut\u00a0\u00bb celle de <em>Chalom rav<\/em>. Selon le rituel de la plupart des \u2018Hassidim, on dit <em>Sim chalom<\/em> tous les jours \u00e0 Min\u2019ha\u00a0; selon toute vraisemblance, la raison en est la suivante\u00a0: les jours de je\u00fbne, on dit la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction sacerdotale \u00e0 Min\u2019ha\u00a0[car, bien qu\u2019on soit en milieu de journ\u00e9e, le je\u00fbne a pour effet qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas \u00e0 craindre que les Cohanim aient bu du vin, ce qui les emp\u00eacherait de b\u00e9nir l\u2019assembl\u00e9e] ; cela veut bien dire que, n\u2019\u00e9tait-ce la crainte d\u2019\u00e9bri\u00e9t\u00e9 [qui est lev\u00e9e les jours de je\u00fbne], tout office de Min\u2019ha requerrait la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction sacerdotale\u00a0; aussi convient-il de dire <em>Sim chalom<\/em>.<br \/>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref19_9' id='_te01ftn19_9'>[9]<\/a>. Selon le <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 126, 3, un officiant qui aurait oubli\u00e9 de dire, dans la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, le passage <em>Yaal\u00e9 v\u00e9yavo<\/em> \u00e0 Roch \u2018hodech ou \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamoed, et qui aurait achev\u00e9 cette r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, n\u2019aurait pas besoin de reprendre celle-ci au d\u00e9but, bien qu\u2019un particulier, pour la m\u00eame erreur, doive se reprendre. En effet, le caract\u00e8re du jour sera mentionn\u00e9 par la suite dans la \u2018Amida de Moussaf\u00a0; aussi, pour \u00e9viter de peser sur le public, on n\u2019exige pas de reprendre la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de l\u2019officiant. Toutefois, si ce-dernier n\u2019a pas encore termin\u00e9 sa r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, il reprend \u00e0 <em>Rets\u00e9<\/em> (b\u00e9n\u00e9diction dans laquelle <em>Yaal\u00e9 v\u00e9yavo<\/em> est inclus), afin de pouvoir ajouter <em>Yaal\u00e9 v\u00e9yavo<\/em>. En effet, une telle reprise courte n\u2019entra\u00eene pas un grand d\u00e9rangement pour le public.
