Elle s\u2019ins\u00e8re dans la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de la \u2018Amida, \u00e0 Cha\u2019harit et \u00e0 Min\u2019ha, entre les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions <em>Goel Isra\u00ebl<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0B\u00e9ni sois-Tu\u2026 qui d\u00e9livres Isra\u00ebl\u00a0\u00bb) et <em>Refa\u00e9nou<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0Gu\u00e9ris-nous\u2026\u00a0\u00bb). On r\u00e9cite cette b\u00e9n\u00e9diction, \u00e0 la condition qu\u2019il se trouve au moins six fid\u00e8les qui aient je\u00fbn\u00e9\u00a0; l\u2019officiant lui-m\u00eame doit faire partie des je\u00fbneurs (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 566, 5)<sup><a href='#_te01ftn7_13' id='_te01ftnref7_13' class='aup1'>[13]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, dans la pri\u00e8re dite par chaque fid\u00e8le \u00e0 voix basse, on ne r\u00e9cite pas <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> comme b\u00e9n\u00e9diction autonome\u00a0: on inclut ce texte au sein de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Chom\u00e9a\u2019 t\u00e9phila<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0B\u00e9ni sois-Tu\u2026 qui \u00e9coutes la pri\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb) (<em>Ta\u2019anit<\/em> 13b). Quant au fait de savoir \u00e0 quels offices on r\u00e9cite <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>, les coutumes divergent. Selon certains, il y a lieu de dire <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> \u00e0 chacun des trois offices du jour de je\u00fbne\u00a0; et bien que, le soir qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de le je\u00fbne, on ne je\u00fbne pas encore, on r\u00e9cite <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>, puisque ce jour est appel\u00e9 jour de je\u00fbne (<em>tsom<\/em>). Tel est l\u2019usage des Y\u00e9m\u00e9nites et d\u2019une partie des communaut\u00e9s s\u00e9farades. Pour une autre partie des communaut\u00e9s s\u00e9farades, on ne r\u00e9cite <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou <\/em>que pendant le temps du je\u00fbne proprement dit. Par cons\u00e9quent, durant les je\u00fbnes courts, on ne dit <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019office du matin, Cha\u2019harit, et \u00e0 celui de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, Min\u2019ha\u00a0; le 9 av, on r\u00e9cite \u00e9galement <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> \u00e0 l\u2019office du soir, \u2018Arvit (d\u2019apr\u00e8s Rabbi Zera\u2019hia Hal\u00e9vi et le <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 565, 17). Suivant la coutume ashk\u00e9naze, on r\u00e9cite <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> \u00e0 Min\u2019ha seulement, car on craint que certains, qui auraient r\u00e9cit\u00e9 <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> \u00e0 l\u2019office du matin, ne se sentent faibles et n\u2019en viennent \u00e0 rompre le je\u00fbne, de sorte qu\u2019elles auraient prononc\u00e9 de vaines paroles le matin, en disant \u00ab\u00a0au jour de notre je\u00fbne\u00a0\u00bb. Par cons\u00e9quent, on a coutume de ne r\u00e9citer <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> qu\u2019\u00e0 Min\u2019ha car, si l\u2019on a je\u00fbn\u00e9 jusqu\u2019alors, on peut supposer que l\u2019on terminera le je\u00fbne (d\u2019apr\u00e8s les Gu\u00e9onim et Rachi\u00a0; Rama 565, 3). Chacun perp\u00e9tuera la tradition de ses p\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas o\u00f9 l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 ou bu, un jour de je\u00fbne\u00a0: si l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 une quantit\u00e9 de nourriture inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la mesure d\u2019un <em>kaza\u00eft<\/em><sup><a href='#_te01ftn7_b' id='_te01ftnref7_b' class='aup1'>[b]<\/a><\/sup>, ou que l\u2019on ait bu une quantit\u00e9 de liquide inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la mesure de <em>melo lougmav<\/em><sup><a href='#_te01ftn7_c' id='_te01ftnref7_c' class='aup1'>[c]<\/a><\/sup>, on n\u2019est pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9, a posteriori, comme ayant rompu le je\u00fbne\u00a0; on r\u00e9citera donc <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>. Mais si l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 ou bu davantage, on aura rompu le je\u00fbne, et l\u2019on ne pourra donc plus r\u00e9citer <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>. (Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, on devra poursuivre le je\u00fbne\u00a0; cf. ci-dessus, \u00a7 6)<sup><a href='#_te01ftn7_14' id='_te01ftnref7_14' class='aup1'>[14]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref7_13' id='_te01ftn7_13'>[13]<\/a>. Selon le <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 566, 3, ce n\u2019est que lorsqu\u2019il y a dix je\u00fbneurs que l\u2019officiant r\u00e9cite <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>. Mais de nombreux A\u2019haronim \u00e9crivent que cette disposition ne vise que les cas de je\u00fbnes fix\u00e9s par la communaut\u00e9\u00a0; en revanche, pour ce qui concerne les quatre je\u00fbnes institu\u00e9s par les proph\u00e8tes, il suffit qu\u2019il y ait six je\u00fbneurs pour r\u00e9citer <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>. Cf. <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 566, 14, <em>Torat Hamo\u2019adim <\/em>3, 12, <em>Pisq\u00e9 Techouvot<\/em> 566, 4. Quand il n\u2019y a pas six je\u00fbneurs, l\u2019officiant int\u00e9grera <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> \u00e0 la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Chom\u00e9a\u2019 t\u00e9phila<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0B\u00e9ni sois-Tu\u2026 qui \u00e9coutes la pri\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb), comme le fait le particulier.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019officiant a oubli\u00e9 de r\u00e9citer la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>, et s\u2019il n\u2019a pas encore prononc\u00e9 le nom divin \u00e0 la fin de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Refa\u00e9nou<\/em>, il reviendra en arri\u00e8re et r\u00e9citera <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>. S\u2019il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 prononc\u00e9 le nom divin, il r\u00e9citera <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> au sein de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Chom\u00e9a\u2019 t\u00e9phila<\/em>, comme le fait le particulier. S\u2019il oublie \u00e9galement de r\u00e9citer ce texte dans <em>Chom\u00e9\u2019a t\u00e9phila<\/em>, il le dira, mais sans formule finale de b\u00e9n\u00e9diction (<em>Baroukh Ata\u2026 ha\u2019on\u00e9 l\u00e9\u2019amo Isra\u00ebl be\u2019et tsara<\/em>), entre la formule finale de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction de la paix (\u00ab\u00a0<em>hamevarekh et \u2018amo Isra\u00ebl bachalom, amen<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb) et le verset qui la suit (<em>Yihyou l\u00e9ratson imr\u00e9 fi\u2026<\/em>) (<em>Michna Beroura <\/em>119, 19). Un particulier, qui aurait oubli\u00e9 de r\u00e9citer <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> dans la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Chom\u00e9a\u2019 t\u00e9phila<\/em> r\u00e9citera ce texte au sein des supplications (<em>Ta\u2019hanounim<\/em>) qui suivent la \u2018Amida. Cf. <em>Pisq\u00e9 Techouvot<\/em> 565, 2.<\/p>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref7_b' id='_te01ftn7_b'>[b]<\/a>. Volume \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019un \u0153uf.<\/p>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref7_c' id='_te01ftn7_c'>[c]<\/a>. Majorit\u00e9 du liquide que peut contenir la bouche.<\/p>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref7_14' id='_te01ftn7_14'>[14]<\/a>. Il y a certes, en cela, diff\u00e9rentes opinions. Selon le <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 568, 3, se fondant sur le <em>Nehar Chalom<\/em>, on dira, en ce cas, <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>. Pourtant, le m\u00eame auteur, dans le <em>B\u00e9our Halakha<\/em> 565, 1, \u00e9crit, en se fondant cette fois sur le <em>Maamar Mordekha\u00ef<\/em>, que celui qui a mang\u00e9 durant un jour de je\u00fbne devra s\u2019abstenir tout \u00e0 fait de r\u00e9citer <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9soudre cette contradiction apparente, le <em>Ch\u00e9vet Hal\u00e9vi<\/em> V 60 distingue deux cas\u00a0: si l\u2019on est dispens\u00e9 du je\u00fbne, on ne r\u00e9citera pas <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>, mais si l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 par oubli, on r\u00e9citera <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em>, puisque l\u2019on est assujetti \u00e0 la loi du je\u00fbne. Toutefois, \u00e0 notre humble avis, il semble clair que, suivant la coutume ashk\u00e9naze \u2013 qui veut que l\u2019on ne r\u00e9cite pas <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> \u00e0 Cha\u2019harit, de crainte de ne pas achever son je\u00fbne \u2013, on ne r\u00e9citera pas <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> d\u00e8s lors que l\u2019on a mang\u00e9. C\u2019est aussi la coutume de nombreux S\u00e9farades, comme le rapporte le <em>Torat Hamo\u2019adim<\/em> 1, 16. Celui-l\u00e0 m\u00eame qui a l\u2019intention de manger, bien qu\u2019il ne l\u2019ait pas encore fait, ne dira pas <em>\u2018An\u00e9nou<\/em> (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 562, 1\u00a0; cf. <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 562, 6).<\/p>\n<p>Il faut encore pr\u00e9ciser la mesure \u00e0 partir de laquelle le je\u00fbne est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme rompu. Car \u00e0 Kipour, nos sages parlent du volume d\u2019une grosse datte s\u00e8che (<em>kotevet<\/em>) [dont le volume est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de <em>kabeitsa<\/em>], consomm\u00e9e dans le laps de temps appel\u00e9 <em>akhilat pras<\/em> [soit six ou sept minutes]\u00a0; et, quant aux boissons, de la mesure dite <em>melo lougmav<\/em> [cf. note 9]\u00a0: par une telle quantit\u00e9, la souffrance li\u00e9e au je\u00fbne s\u2019annule. Cependant, selon le <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 568, 1, d\u00e8s lors que l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 un <em>kaza\u00eft<\/em> dans le d\u00e9lai d\u2019<em>akhilat pras<\/em>, on a rompu le je\u00fbne, car, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la mesure \u00e0 partir de laquelle une consommation rev\u00eat quelque importance est d\u2019un <em>kaza\u00eft<\/em>. Cf. <em>Pisq\u00e9 Techouvot<\/em> 568, 1, o\u00f9 l\u2019on voit que les A\u2019haronim sont partag\u00e9s \u00e0 ce sujet.
