Selon certains, la raison en est qu\u2019il faut pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment s\u00e9parer le c\u0153ur de la nudit\u00e9\u00a0; aussi, quand on porte des sous-v\u00eatements, il n\u2019est plus n\u00e9cessaire de porter de ceinture. Selon d\u2019autres, c\u2019est pour l\u2019honneur d\u00fb \u00e0 la pri\u00e8re qu\u2019il faut porter une ceinture, afin d\u2019accentuer la s\u00e9paration entre c\u0153ur et nudit\u00e9 (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 91, 2\u00a0; <em>La Pri\u00e8re d\u2019Isra\u00ebl<\/em> 5, 3).
