Par cons\u00e9quent, si j\u2019\u00e9cris sur papier, au stylo ou au crayon, je transgresse un interdit de la Torah, car ce que j\u2019\u00e9cris est de nature \u00e0 subsister longtemps. Mais si j\u2019\u00e9cris avec, pour toute encre, du jus de fruits, dont la couleur passe rapidement, ou si j\u2019\u00e9cris \u00e0 l\u2019encre mais sur une feuille d\u2019arbre, qui s\u00e9chera et s\u2019effritera rapidement, j\u2019enfreins un interdit rabbinique. De m\u00eame, \u00e9crire sur du sable ou sur une fen\u00eatre embu\u00e9e est un interdit seulement rabbinique, puisqu\u2019une telle \u00e9criture n\u2019a pas de permanence (infra chap. 18 \u00a7 2 et 4).<\/p>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame sens, si je fais un n\u0153ud fixe, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire fort, qui se maintient longtemps, j\u2019enfreins un interdit toranique\u00a0; mais si le n\u0153ud est temporaire, qu\u2019il ne se maintienne que peu de temps, l\u2019interdit est rabbinique. Quant \u00e0 un n\u0153ud tr\u00e8s l\u00e2che, tel qu\u2019un n\u0153ud simple ou un n\u0153ud de cravate, il n\u2019est pas interdit de le faire, puisqu\u2019il n\u2019a aucune permanence\u00a0et que l\u2019on peut le d\u00e9nouer facilement (chap. 13 \u00a7 13).
