Aux offices de Cha\u2019harit, Min\u2019ha et Arvit, on r\u00e9cite la \u2018Amida des jours ouvrables, et l\u2019on y ajoute le passage <em>Ya\u2019al\u00e9 v\u00e9yavo<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0que notre souvenir et celui de nos anc\u00eatres\u2026\u00a0s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve et parvienne devant Toi\u2026 \u00bb) dans la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Rets\u00e9<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0Agr\u00e9e, \u00c9ternel notre Dieu, ton peuple Isra\u00ebl\u2026\u00a0\u00bb), afin d\u2019y mentionner la f\u00eate (\u00ab\u00a0en ce jour de la f\u00eate des azymes \/ des tentes\u2026\u00a0\u00bb). Si l\u2019on oublie de r\u00e9citer ce passage, dans quelqu\u2019une de ces pri\u00e8res, on devra, tant que l\u2019on n\u2019a pas achev\u00e9 la \u2018Amida, revenir au d\u00e9but de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Rets\u00e9<\/em>, o\u00f9 l\u2019on inclura cette fois <em>Ya\u2019al\u00e9 v\u00e9yavo<\/em>\u00a0; de l\u00e0, on poursuivra dans la continuit\u00e9 du texte, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de la \u2018Amida. Si l\u2019on a termin\u00e9 la \u2018Amida, m\u00eame si l\u2019on n\u2019a pas encore recul\u00e9 de trois pas, on devra r\u00e9p\u00e9ter la \u2018Amida du d\u00e9but, afin d\u2019y r\u00e9citer <em>Ya\u2019al\u00e9 v\u00e9yavo<\/em> (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 490, 2).<\/p>\n<p>Tout de suite apr\u00e8s l\u2019ach\u00e8vement de la \u2018Amida de Cha\u2019harit, on r\u00e9cite le Hallel. \u00c0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed Soukot, c\u2019est le Hallel complet que l\u2019on r\u00e9cite\u00a0; \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed Pessa\u2019h, le Hallel abr\u00e9g\u00e9, comme expliqu\u00e9 ci-dessus (chap. 2 \u00a7 7).<\/p>\n<p>Les sages ont institu\u00e9, \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed, une lecture de la Torah, dont le th\u00e8me est li\u00e9 \u00e0 celui de la f\u00eate. \u00c0 Pessa\u2019h, on lit chaque jour l\u2019un des paragraphes o\u00f9 il est fait mention de cette f\u00eate\u00a0; \u00e0 Soukot, on lit chaque jour le passage relatif aux sacrifices de la f\u00eate, dans la paracha <em>Pin\u2019has<\/em>. On appelle \u00e0 la Torah quatre personnes, ce qui refl\u00e8te, l\u00e0 encore, le statut du jour. En effet, les jours ordinaires, on appelle trois personnes \u00e0 la Torah, \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed quatre, et un jour de Yom tov cinq (<em>M\u00e9guila<\/em> 21a).<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame que, le Yom tov, on r\u00e9cite une \u2018Amida de Moussaf, ainsi \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed\u00a0; car la pri\u00e8re de Moussaf correspond aux sacrifices additionnels que l\u2019on apportait aux jours de f\u00eates. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed est semblable \u00e0 Yom tov.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019un jour de \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed co\u00efncide avec un Chabbat, on r\u00e9cite, \u00e0 Arvit, Cha\u2019harit et Min\u2019ha, la \u2018Amida de Chabbat, \u00e0 laquelle on ajoute <em>Ya\u2019al\u00e9 v\u00e9yavo<\/em> dans la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Rets\u00e9<\/em>. Le texte de Moussaf est celui de la f\u00eate, auquel on joint la mention du Chabbat\u00a0; le Chabbat y est cit\u00e9 avant la f\u00eate, car la saintet\u00e9 du Chabbat a pr\u00e9s\u00e9ance sur celle de la f\u00eate\u00a0; et l\u2019on conclut\u00a0: <em>Baroukh\u2026 meqadech ha-Chabbat v\u00e9-Isra\u00ebl v\u00e9hazemanim<\/em> (\u00ab\u00a0B\u00e9ni sois-Tu\u2026 qui sanctifies le Chabbat, Isra\u00ebl et les f\u00eates\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>Les Richonim sont partag\u00e9s quant au port des <em>t\u00e9philines<\/em> \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed. Comme on le sait, le Chabbat et le Yom tov, il est interdit de mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines<\/em>, car celles-ci constituent un signe (<em>ot<\/em>) du lien unissant le Saint b\u00e9ni soit-Il et Isra\u00ebl\u00a0; or, puisque le Chabbat et le Yom tov sont eux-m\u00eames des signes de ce lien, quiconque y met les <em>t\u00e9philines<\/em> d\u00e9consid\u00e8re objectivement le signe que constituent ces jours saints. S\u2019agissant de \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed, certains disent que, puisqu\u2019une partie des travaux (<em>m\u00e9lakhot<\/em>) y sont autoris\u00e9s, ces jours ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme un <em>signe<\/em>, et l\u2019on a donc l\u2019obligation d\u2019y mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines<\/em> (Roch, Rama). Tel \u00e9tait l\u2019usage dans les pays de langue germanique. D\u2019autres estiment que l\u2019interdit du <em>\u2018hamets<\/em> (p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e) \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed Pessa\u2019h, et la mitsva de r\u00e9sider dans la souka \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed Soukot, constituent le signe du lien unissant le Saint b\u00e9ni soit-Il \u00e0 Isra\u00ebl\u00a0; et afin de ne pas d\u00e9consid\u00e9rer le <em>signe<\/em> des f\u00eates, il est interdit, \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed \u00e9galement, de mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines<\/em> (Rachba, <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 32, 2). Telle est la coutume d\u2019Espagne, et telle est aussi celle d\u2019une partie des Ashk\u00e9nazes. En pratique, en diaspora, il est juste que chaque communaut\u00e9 continue de se conformer \u00e0 sa coutume\u00a0; mais en terre d\u2019Isra\u00ebl, puisque la coutume courante, parmi les originaires de toutes les communaut\u00e9s, est de ne pas mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines<\/em>, tous ceux qui viennent s\u2019installer en Isra\u00ebl doivent adopter la coutume d\u2019Erets Isra\u00ebl<sup><a href='#_te01ftn10_1' id='_te01ftnref10_1' class='aup1'>[1]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref10_1' id='_te01ftn10_1'>[1]<\/a>. Parmi les Ashk\u00e9nazes qui ont pour coutume de mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines <\/em>\u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed, certains ont l\u2019usage de r\u00e9citer la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction (Roch)\u00a0; d\u2019autres, de ne pas la dire (Maharil)\u00a0; d\u2019autres encore ont l\u2019usage de la dire \u00e0 voix basse, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter la controverse (Rama)\u00a0; et d\u2019autres pensent qu\u2019il ne faut pas du tout mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines<\/em> (Gaon de Vilna). Nombreux sont les d\u00e9cisionnaires qui s\u2019accordent \u00e0 dire qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les mettre, sans prononcer la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction, afin d\u2019\u00e9chapper \u00e0 un cas de doute portant sur une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction (<em>Tour\u00e9 Zahav<\/em>, <em>Peri M\u00e9gadim<\/em>, <em>Ma\u2019hatsit Hach\u00e9qel<\/em>, <em>D\u00e9rekh Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em>, <em>\u2018Hay\u00e9 Adam<\/em>, <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 32, 8).<\/p>\n<p>La coutume de tous les S\u00e9farades est de ne pas mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines<\/em> \u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed, comme l\u2019\u00e9crivent le <em>Halakhot Guedolot<\/em>, le Raavad, Na\u2019hmanide et le Rachba. C\u2019est aussi ce qu\u2019\u00e9crit, d\u2019apr\u00e8s le <em>Zohar<\/em>, le <em>Beit Yossef, Ora\u2019h \u2018Ha\u00efm<\/em> 32, 2. Tel est aussi l\u2019usage de Rabbi Yits\u2019haq Louria, et c\u2019est cet usage que suivaient de nombreux \u2018Hassidim en Europe de l\u2019est.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e8gle n\u2019est pas d\u00e9pendante de la controverse sur le fait de savoir si l\u2019interdit d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter des <em>m\u00e9lakhot <\/em>\u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed est toranique ou rabbinique. En effet, selon le <em>Halakhot Guedolot<\/em>, cet interdit est rabbinique\u00a0; or le m\u00eame auteur interdit de mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines<\/em>\u00a0; \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, pour le Ritva, l\u2019interdit des <em>m\u00e9lakhot<\/em> est toranique, tandis qu\u2019il faut mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines <\/em>\u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed (<em>Mo\u2019ed Qatan<\/em> 19a\u00a0; cf. <em>\u2018Hazon Ovadia <\/em>pp. 160-161).<\/p>\n<p>En Erets Isra\u00ebl, les membres de toutes les communaut\u00e9s ont coutume de ne pas mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines<\/em>, car les immigrants des pays ashk\u00e9nazes eux-m\u00eames se conformaient \u00e0 l\u2019avis de Rabbi Isaac Louria et du Gaon de Vilna. Et puisqu\u2019on a soin de ne pas suivre deux usages diff\u00e9rents dans une m\u00eame synagogue (<em>Artsot Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em>, <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 32, 8), il faut donner pour directive \u00e0 tous ceux qui viennent \u00e0 la synagogue de s\u2019abstenir de mettre les <em>t\u00e9philines <\/em>\u00e0 \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puisque les jours de \u2018Hol hamo\u2019ed se caract\u00e9risent par un m\u00e9lange de saint et de profane, ces deux aspects se m\u00ealent aussi dans les pri\u00e8res de cette p\u00e9riode.
